Tutorial Submission Software?

I was wondering if anyone knew of any tutorial submission software or tools. I have searched all over for anything, but still can't find any.

I am coming out with a site where I will have tutorials on: web design, graphic design, internet marketing, etc. Submitting to 20-50 tutorial sites by hand for each tutorial would be extremely time consuming!

Hello,

If your tutorials are videos then you can use TubeMogul.com and submit the videos to many video sites at once. Wouldn't that works just as good?
