Yes, you are correct about the product. Customer have to download small file (with EULA). It works and has been tested before release. Some details:

How and Why it works?

The system is simple and revolving around the concept of value marketing and network based. GAllmighty is already installed on 7400+ computer system (with the help of major PPI networks) and after launch reached to 7600+ system. Also, it's legal in US when a user accept the terms.

The core of product is download of a file by a user in return of value product provided by the customer.

Example, you have a clickbank product suppose $97, and you offered it for 50% off or even free, in return of download of your ad system.

Keywords based ads are rotated on user's Google.com when the user hit the 'specified' keywords search in google it shows ONE link ad (non annoying) like you have shown in your post above.

All ads are rotated in entire network of GAllmighty. Suppose while creating your 'adsystem' from your purchase link, you mentioned keywords like "make money online" and user typed "make money online" or "how to make money online' etc, will generate your ad on his Google however if 'user' searched for "earn cash" and we have a member in network, with this keyword in his adsystem, then his ad is displayed (NOT every time).

The ratio is 90:10. Means out of his 100 google searches:

1) Your ad will be shown EVERY time when he queried for your keyword (you can mention unlimited keywords and every keyword is wild card).

2) In case user queried for keyword which is not in your campaign yet in other member campaign then out of his 100 (non member keyword) searches, other member's ad will be shown 10 times

IMPORTANT THINGS COVERED

The most important thing covered in 5 pages ebook is how to get your 'adsystem' download. Traditionally, .EXE downloads seems to be big thing however there are various easy and direct (as well legal) ways for it.
