This is my experience with Qualibid - PPC
First of all their min deposit is $30 and it funds you with around $28.5 when you transfer $30 via paypal (paypal fee)

I have noticed some fishy clicks

Mind you, I only use exact match search

Will report back if the situation improves.

Can you post an update? Is it good or bad? Like, is it good enough that it's worth paying a penny per click?

I think you should join. The minimal payment is USD 30. Your personal experience is what matters most.
