BookmarkingDemon Version 5 or SocialBot V4.3

Hello everyone,

As I'm interested about purchasing Bookmarking Demon or Social Bot, I looked at some post about it.

Until now it seems that BMD is a little bit better because of some more functions such as multiple profiles or accounts creation.

I would like to know if some people tested the last versions of both software, BookmarkingDemon Version 5 and SocialBot V4.3 and if they can tell me the difference.

Is the price of BMD is worth it or Socialbot could be enough?

I own both but return to BMD. It's far more powerful on the feature set. But if you have a budget, then SocialBot is okay.

Also, BMD support captcha using third party services. I don't know about you, but creating 100s of accounts for 1 profile is a real pain. But if you use BMD like you should, you need more than one account per site thus a lot of captcha to do.

My tip when using BMD: Invest in one of the captcha service because you will save time. Plus, you will get more backlinks because you have more accounts to diversify your submission thus less chance of getting your account banned. I was "scroogly" at first

I forgot to ask about DeCaptcha facility but you gave me answer as well.

I think I will seriously think of purchasing Bookmarking Demon, and the bookmarking coach you mentionned in an other post since it looks interesting as well.

Do you have any advices for email profile. Because I've read that it would be better for profile to use Gmail but google ask for your phone or something in order to give you a special code.

Yes, BMD/BMD coach/captcha are all good.

I used Gmail but did not have to confirm those recently(Sept.). I think it's when you give information outside of where you live(Geo-IP based?). I'm in Canada but if I would put USA, then I will be asked to confirm the email so I don't. But, I'm not sure if that's the only way.

If it's about Geo-IP based, it seems logical as Google certainly want be sure you create some legitimate gmail account.

You are going to want to use gmail to set up your accounts because of the smtp permissions. If you get into a scenario where you have to verify accounts, perhaps investing in HMA! might be something to consider. You can use yahoo based uk email as well, as for now it is not a paid option over there to get the smtp access. In the states, it is a monthly charge. I own BMD ( and a few others ) and have to say that it is very robust and easy to manage. Definitely worth the investment imho

I don't really know what you are talking about. Sorry for the noob questions but what is SMTP permissions and HMA and why I need this in order to use Bookmarking Demon?

Do I absolutely need an email account with smtp permissions to create multiple profile on Bookmarking Demon?

Why I can not just use some yahoo mail? I created lot of them already for different purposes and I never had any problems.

My vote goes to BMD5 but I guess because SocialBot is so cheap in comparrison they get a lot of people wanting to give it a shot.

It's not even worth that imo, and remember, Incansoft don't accept refunds.

All true. But remember you will need to invest some serious time to really get everything you want out of BMD. Worth it, just be aware.
