Worpdress Plugin To Redirect Exit Traffic?

Hello

does anybody have any suggestions , or knows if such a thing does exist, for a WP plugin that would let me redirect the exit traffic from my blog(s)? I installed the 'exit redirect' plugin , also called WPExit plugin but it doesn't seem to do anything ?
