PRODUCT REVIEWS

I subscribed to Stompernet's monthly magazine, Net Effect a couple of months ago. Honestly, I hate the idea of forced continuity, because I imagined having to jump through hoops just to cancel if I didn't like it.

Well, I didn't find the magazine all that compelling, so I decided to cancel and dreaded the thought of what kind of garbage I might have to go through.

I am shocked to learn that their cancellation process was incredibly smooth and user friendly. I made a phone call, followed the instructions, and had it canceled in about 2 minutes.

Sorry folks, no negative rants here. I just wanted to say great job for giving me a great customer experience. It makes me much more confident in purchasing future products from them if it catches my eye.

Glad to hear all went well with this. There are so many continuity programs out there that have ridiculous hoops to jump through.

Worse yet, some of them refuse to give you a refund when it's taken THEM so long to cancel you once you make the request that you end up getting billed again. Not a good way to do business at all!

My second month's subscription must be coming by kayak. Oh well, I'm sure it will be good when it gets here ... I just really wish that this was a downloadable product.

Im finding the dvd's that come with each month very informative.

There are not DVDs with StomperNet, although, the 1st issue came with the SEO CD Roms (that was their offer getting people to sign up).

I received my 2nd issue a couple of days ago so everyone should be getting their copy soon.

I have had endless trouble with Stompernet after cancelling. They are still charging my credit card, I am still waiting for missing and replacements DVDs since Nov 08. They do not reply to emails, their phone support assures me that all products were cancelled in Dec so why are they still charging me in March 09? They are acting like a scam operation, do not touch them.

Are you guys saying that you've only gotten a single issue of Stompernet since the first one? Isn't it supposed to be a MONTHLY magazine? That thing launched months and months ago...

For cases like that, i will go to change my credit card details to my expired credit card No. so it wont charge me again. I just hate it take too long to cancel and charge for 1-2 more months.

I didn't find the magazine all that compelling

I also cancelled it because it seem superficial and I wanted something that delved deeper into the topics -- I also had an easy time cancelling.
