I use Amember for a couple of membership sites I run and they are OK.

Fairly good for integration with payment processors and just for providing the whole membership area software.

However, the built-in affiliate program is VERY basic. I ended up using Amember for the members area but doing the affiliate programs through other platforms (e.g. Clickbank, PayDot.com) because the built-in one is fine for perhaps tracking different ad campaigns of your own but offers little for a scalable affiliate program.

Also Amember is only good for the domain its installed on so if you are doing multiple products on multiple domains you will need multiple installation licenses.

RAP will do exactly what you want, has a lot of very useful add ons and a strong user community. Is easy to set up and get going and once you buy, you have unlimited license.

Would recommend getting the RAP Members Package. Has RAP, members add on (for memberships) and PayPal add on (for trial, installment and recurring billing).

    Thanks,

    John

Is it possible to just use the RAP interface for membership and securing downloads and then clickbank for the actual sales and affiliate program etc... Just in case if needed... ?

use download guard (DLGuard.com), no affiliate management, though the next version, the pro version will, but not really needed if you go via clickbank... and Sam's support is the best out there i have ever seen... just check his forum out via the contact us page, see how devoted he is to helping everyone. a lot of IM product owners can take a leaf out of Sam's book when it comes to customer service.

Not when different people use different programs, I use Amember myself for all of my membership sites and ClickBank for the affiliate side of things.

Can you integrate both together ? Clickbank and amember. Amember for securing downloads and clickbank for affiliates and sales?

Also does amember allow unlimited license or one license per domain ?

        Thanks...

Yes, everything can be fully automated.

It's one license per domain but you could use a central domain for all your products and have multiple installations.

Try Delavo; it's used by some top marketer, like Mark Joyner.

Well, didn't Mark buy out Delavo, so since he owns it it would stand to reason that he would use it?

I used RAP for quite a while - Im over the Paypal IPN deliverability and chargeback drama from RAP's reliance on Paypals antiquated IPN.

Ive gone over to DigiResults by warrior Andy Fletcher and have 7-8 products running for sale on it. Other than one mistep early on - its been a breeze!!!

No learning php / fussing with endless template files - isntant comissions for affiliates ... and FFS ... digiresults can tell me how many products and $$$ I sold today, yesterday and the last 60 days - by product, by affiliate etc ...

I no longer have to install a new version of RAP or anything else every time i launch a new product on a new domain.

    www.product-one.com

    www.product-two.com

That requires 2 installations of the RAP - and it doesnt share sales data across the two ...

    Spencer,

Take a look at DigitalAccessPass.com (DAP). It has everything you've asked for here, and more.

    Disclosure: I'm the founder/co-developer of DAP :-)

    Cheers!
