AuthorityPro...any input?

i just got two e-mails for AuthorityPro and would appreciate any input about it or it's creator.

    I've just watched the webinar out of interrest and the WP Authority pro is a handy thing but as much as they say it's a great WP for newbies too, that's true only if you

    1. a good writer(it's a theme based on reviews, lots of them)
    2. or know how and where to outsource
    3. understand the ins and outs of IM and SEO
    4. understand how to get the right niche and keywords
    5. understand the difference between Authority blogs and Autoblogs

    if you don't, it won't do you any good IMHO and the layout possibilities are somewhat restricted. If I visited a site like the one shown I'd go away simply because I hate sites that are crammed full with bits and pieces of info. But that's just a personal opinion.

    On the other hand, if you like those kind of sites and know what your doing, the IM possibilities regarding monetization have been well thought out and packed all into one plugin which in turn serves a good purpose regarding time saving, simplicity of construction and the psychology behind the viewers interaction.

    the Owner is from promotedprofits.com and he does understand IM very well, the thing that put me off everything was the fact that Paul Ponna was behind the Webinar with a few bonuses and I personally wouldn't touch his products with a barge pole, again just MHO.

    Basically, if you can't really master the above points, then the point of the $97 plugin won't benefit you and if you don't understand how WP works, you probably won't see the woods for the trees.
    This is really aimed at professional IMers

      I purchased the product last night but it will not load properly; I get a message that it is missing a style sheet. If anyone has had success loading it, please let me know; I really want to get some sites up with it for testing.

            Update:
            Received an email stating that some training will be provided today. A little disenchanted with the email because even though I sent 3 emails about the issue with loading the zip file and the missing style sheet file, they stated in their mass email that no one is having any issues loading it. So I still have not gotten a response in this issue and I tried many different ways of loading the theme to no avail. Will update once I get this issue resolved. If anyone has this theme working, please let me know!

        I don't own this theme yet, but have gotten an error message like that when trying to upload a theme in the WP dashboard from a zip file that contains a folder with the theme files (instead of just the files).

        Try using FTP to upload a folder with the files directly to your themes folder. Or if that is confusing, check out Using Themes « WordPress Codex for complete instructions.

        Let us know if that works.

          Thank you so much for your help. However, I did figure out what I was doing wrong. I unzipped the downloaded file again and worked my way through to find a theme file, which contained a theme zip. Unfortunately, I had to figure this out on my own, because there was zero instruction once I purchased. I loaded the theme and plugins, and will be back with more info on how it works, and if I feel it is worth it. As I type I am watching a video of the theme, but it is choppy and there are no video control buttons. I still think this may be a worthwhile product, but getting to the point of usability is like making my way through thick brush.

    Well they have more videos up now. The theme is a beast in nature to learn it all will take a few days at least. I wish they would add a pdf for all the features since going through videos takes more time than I wish to take to learn a theme.

    I've added this theme to two existing sites so far so good. Only issue I run across is the actual part when the theme accepts my site as a authenticated site it shows the licensing page of AP.. LOL I hope they fix that cause that can be annoying and slow down building sites.

    Right now They also have it limited to 5 sites on the multi license Probably server capacity issues. Who knows We'll see how long it takes them to get their ducks in a row.

    Overall I see the potential of this theme I am still happy I got it.

    I purchased it as well, I agree a PDF would be great. As for support they are doing most of it via their blog in the members area. As a lessons learned from me, don't use the UPLOAD theme and plugin option in Wordpress to load it. It is having problems when its loaded that way and causing issues.
