Recommended WP templates

Hi Guys (& girls too...)

I don't know if it's the right forum for this matter but are there any particular WP themes that you work with, ones that are designed for internet marketers?

Would you recommend a particular theme for setting up a product review page, or maybe you use a certain plug-in to make multiple reviews for comparison?
Would love to share some ideas.
Thanks in advance!

I use flexsqueeze and it works great for my review site but I have heard good things about Authority Pro and a friend of mine (a top review guy) who also use flexsqueeze is going to use Authority Pro.

Depending on your technical abilities I would suggest the Privateer theme, there is a WSO for it and the developer gives free copies and updates.

I have used privateer, and flexsqueeze for clients and they are both pretty good and easy to use.
I just grabbed authority pro last week and will give it a go over the coming weeks.

My only advice is to pick one and stick to it - they all do a pretty good job, but you can go crazy trying to find the 'perfect' one

I completely agree, I am still learning Privateer, but I also use Thesis and Authority Pro. All three have a high learning curve to get things just right. If I had known then what I know now I probably would have skipped Thesis and went straight to Privateer.

Socrates is designed for marketers. I've had some good success implementing that one.
    It's from Joel Comm.

      Hi Eduardo,

Just of today, I made a short review of the top 3 themes on my blog Affiliate Marketing Growth

Highly recommend all of them but the winner is also a real 'home run'!

      Take care,

Here are two free options (some already mentioned):

For products - Flexsqueeze is great

Adsense - many to choose but I like the Heatmap theme.

I have some of the paid themes mentioned but have not found them to be cost effective (i.e more sales or adsense clicks) though they look nicer.

Does most who bought Flexsqueeze also bought into the $47, 90-days access of their membership ? ..how essential it is for flexsqueeze buyers to get into that ?

Builder is by far the most flexible and customizable theme available. You can do anything with it, and with the built in style manager you can easily make it look the way you want.

I have been using their products at ithemes for 2.5 years and there is NO reason to use anything else.

Support is great, training is great...and the people who run the company are great.

Check out builder...it is the best theme on the market by far.

Another vote for Flexsqueeze - I have the developer license and love it, have been using it for a couple of years now

If you plan on doing a lot of different sites and want to have some variety, check out ElegantThemes - $39 a year for access to all of the themes. They have some really great themes, but most importantly is their support forum - it's amazing! I just recently did a lot of customizing to one of their themes, and everything I posted to the forum was answered the same day, so I am definitely a fan!

The new version of the Talian theme is also very good.

I also have AuthorityPro - but it's a on site license, and I have decided yet whether I will buy the multi-site.

Flexsqueeze is great I have been using it for over a year now and it is very er ... flexible.

Can create a plain site or use the built in squeeze pages.

Thesis theme is the one I use for most landing page and review type sites. Looks nice and clean, easy to customize and good SEO out of the box.

Studiopress have some good themes I use for bigger info type sites that I want people to feel good about linking to.

    Good thread!
