Niche Profit Empire - any review?

I know its only 10 bucks but I would like to know if anyone bought this as well. I just got an e-mail on it as well. I cant believe there are no reviews about here on wf.

Don't waste your money.

Basically, build a lot of sites that have a tight focus, use the Google keyword tool, build links. (And I only got that by looking through it twice, trying to see if there was actually anything there.)

It's an audio and the transcript and, like a lot of IM interviews and calls, they ramble all over the place without getting to the point.

There are a lot better products out there than this that will actually give you solid information with specific steps.

Yes, it's just audio and transcripts.

If you're a newbie though then you can definitely learn a lot from it.

I've listened to the audio and really enjoyed it.

This sounds harsh but while I'm a big Jason Parker fan - I'd actually unsubscribed from Richard Legg's email list (sorry Richard) because I didn't find it of value.

So I was pretty surprised to enjoy this audio so much.

If you've been online for some length of time then - sure - you're not going to learn anything revolutionary, it won't rock your world or teach you a ton.

It will however teach you a few new angles or at least remind you of some important steps you may have been skipping or just couldn't be bothered to follow.

I like audio because of the time saving but I also get a feeling that things are 'more real'. It's not like an ebook with content that can be scraped from forums - when someone is interviewed they are usually genuine experts who can talk on the spot about their subject.

That's the exact impression I get from this audio.

I've a few niche sites up already (some work better than others) so this isn't something I'd normally go and buy ... but for a measly $10 ... it's good if you're someone who's not sure what model to take, where to start and what to do.

I quite like them as a reminder of what I need to be doing, that niche sites work and pick up a few tricks along the way.

It talks about finding topics, picking domain names (I learned some new bits here), choosing a hosting package (which may have more impact that people realize) and how to populate your blog, optimize it and get it to rank highly in Google.

The course is less A,B,C and more Richard talking about his business model so you do need the experience (or ability) to fill in the gaps and take some initiative.

Remember ... it's like $9.97 and you get good information for your money ... but you're never going to get your hand held for that kinda wedge!
