I'm just looking for a good Amazon plugin to work on my review site. I purchased ReviewAzon last night but it is so complicated that I can't even figure it out. It seems like it does cool things but I just can't understand it.

Does anyone else know of any more "user-friendly" Amazon plugins for wordpress?

I received an email about a webinar for Reviewazon that may help you out. I got the link from Chris Guthrie's list, so there is probably some sort of affiliate link in there.
    Here's the link:https://www3.gotomeeting.com/register/579758742

    Good Luck,

I got that same email. I was planning on attending in case they don't give me a refund. But the plugin is sure not very user-friendly for newbies.

Just so you everyone knows, while an Amazon plugin is all good and flashy, easy to "fill" a page with content, you will still need to work the backlinks. As it is duplicate content, you probably won't rank well because there's a "better" version (Amazon's original) out there already. Work the backlinks and you might just out rank Amazon's version.

What do you mean? Amazon has their own WP plugin?

Some of the plugins allows you to add your own unique content. I use them so I don't need to worry about updating the prices, discount percentage, etc.

      Not True.

If you use the Wordpress plugin that makes your blog appear unique to the search engines.

I use Amazon Product In a Post Plugin (I discovered it 2 days ago!) which is free. It doesn't do reviews, but it pulls the product photos, buy now button and title link with your affiliate ID, using your amazon aws keys, and integrates the product into the post seamlessly.

You can place the products above or below posts. I make a separate post for each product. It works really well. I write product descriptions myself with SEO'd text, titles, descriptions, tags and proper keyword density rather than getting a plugin that pulls it directly from Amazon.
