Synnd or Bookmarking Demon?

I have both and have mixed results but one is a one off price the other a subscription.

Theory on how one works over the other is not what brings results.

I am only interested in the bookmarking end of Synnd. Are there any seasoned warriors that would pick one over the other as far as bookmarking and why?

SYNND is sort of like having 1000 friends using BMD, where you have some means of posting requests for them to post to THEIR accounts using BMD.

Except SYNND automates the whole thing for you. You start a campaign, it queues up the request, then it's processed by other members based on the number and frequency you select in the campaign. Then it goes ahead and does the posting on their behalf.

I guess my question is does it actually outperform BMD for its bookmarking? I am seeing mixed results.

If you've got both and you're getting data, why not share your results instead of asking others?

I don't use them both. BMD seems like a lot of work for a fraction of the results, IMO. That is, IF SYNND is working properly.

As you're probably aware, SYNND has been having some ... uh ... growing pains ... throughout most of 2010. So I'd expect to see "mixed results". Hopefully SYNND will stabilize and results will be more predictable.

When I say mixed results I actually mean neither has an advantage over the other as far as results.

After using Synnd and BMD they are about the same amount of work BMD has a scheduler to boot.

Yes the growing pains have been going on for some time and with a subscription I am trying to justify the price!

          Sound Stage,

By now you probably know that Synnd is working well and that we are past our redesign stage. This past summer we rebuilt the entire Synnd infrastructure which now allows for unlimited growth, greater stability and more optimized performance in executing member campaigns. As of today Synnd executes over 50,000 tasks a day and we expect this to reach 100,000 in the next three months, based on current growth.

By next week we expect to deliver a new version of our RA software (RA stand for Remote Automator) to each member. This new version should eliminate the need to update the software in the future. With these new features we are ready for expansion. In 2011 our goal is to add video, press releases, and a number of other member requested marketing channels. We also have a new "done for you" version which we are calling Synnd Enterprise. There are a number of SEO companies who have already signed up for this service and waiting for its arrival. We also expect to see some of our existing members attracted to this hands free model.

I hope this info helps. The Synnd project has at times been challenging, to say the least. I think you will agree that these new improvements make Synnd a very unique marketing tool and that there is no other software that works with the same interactive capacity and viral potential as Synnd.

Now that 2011 is hear we are entering our fourth year of Synnd development with over 1.3 million lines of code and a daily commitment to make Synnd a game changing system. We also have a completely new support system and support team, with the goal of answering all inquiries within 24 hours. We really do care about our members and we want Synnd to be an integral part of their business success. Our goal is to have each members look back one day and say that Synnd was one of the best investments they ever made. We know we have to earn this by showing up each day with a commitment to be the best at what we do and by delivering on every promise we make.

As always...we thank each one of you who has helped us become better...either through your support when we deliver the goods...or by pointing out where we have fallen short...as both are important to us.

I'm seriously thinking about trying Synnd out.
