I am wondering if there is any sort of software that I can purchase to turn my websites content into slideshow vids (complete with music) for youtube?

Also any software that will distribute vids quickly?

Quite simple.. Animoto! Animoto - The End of Slideshows It isn't software to download but its a great service that ranges from a free service to paid.

There's a software called Instant Video Articles that's supposed to make slideshows from articles and upload to Youtube. They also send some music tracks with it. It's about $17 but I haven't tried it yet.
Also Incansoft advertises a video uploader. On sale till wed.
