1Shoppingcart Vs Infusionsoft

Hi all,

I being watched many videos and reviews about both: 1Shoppingcart and Infusionsoft but I am not sure which one to sign up.

Have you used one of these systems before? If so, could you give your review about the product. I want to use one of the systems to accept payment online of a information product I am launching and use one of them to integrate in a membership website using Whishlist Wordpress plugin.

Many thanks in advance.

I have used both of these systems for my own business
in the past and manage sites for clients who use them
    too.

    Here's my thoughts...

I stopped using 1ShoppingCart back in around 2005/2006
when their autoresponder delivery went down the tubes
after their servers were blacklisted by SpamHaus.

1ShoppingCart was taken over by a bigger company and
the customer service at that time dropped too. Maybe
    that's improved.

1ShoppingCart does have the advantage of being relatively
easy to use though and you can integrate it with AWeber
if you want a better autoresponder delivery rate.

    Now onto Infusionsoft...

Infusionsoft is a powerful piece of software but that comes
with added complexity and a long learning curve.

Their action-based autoresponder system is second to none.

Note that if you choose an all-in-one solution such as 1SC
or Infusionsoft, you end up having a compromise between
the autoresponder, shopping cart and affiliate management
    solution.

I remember Perry Marshall moved from 1ShoppingCart to
Infusionsoft around 2005 and he's still with Infusionsoft
    to this day.

    Good luck in your choice.

      Dear Shaun,

Thank you very much for your quick reply.

Just one question. Do you use one of these systems? If not, which one do you recommend?

It is a crucial decision to make for my business, that's why I have to be careful and listen to you experts before I sign up for one of the mentioned system.

Again thank you very much for your informative information.

      Regards,

Without knowing more about your skills, your situation
and the goals for your site, it's hard to know which solution
would be best for you - 1ShoppingCart, Infusionsoft or any
        other.

I'm using Rapid Action Profits because it's very flexible and
allows instant payment to be made to affiliates via PayPal.

        Dedicated to mutual success,

  • Do you need your own payment processor (merchant account) with Infusion? or can you integrate it with the likes of Clickbank, Plimus, etc?

Good question! Infusionsoft supports a multitude of Merchant Accounts/Gateways for small businesses including Authorize.NET and Paypal Payflow Pro.

See the full list on our Support Center: Merchant Accounts / Gateways

For convenience, I've added an image below with the merchant accounts that are compatible with Infusionsoft:

I do not know of any easy, out of the box integration with ClickBank, Plimus. We recommend users have a merchant account that's in this list if they plan on doing sales and e-commerce with Infusionsoft. :-)

Does infusion charge a recurring billing fee per each transaction? I uncovered a whopper of a fee over at 1shoppingcart.

No, Infusionsoft doesn't charge any hidden fees - everything is plainly disclosed up front. We want to reward our users for making more sales, not limit them. ;-)

Everything in Infusionsoft you get for the monthly subscription charge.

For high-volume email senders, we want to advise them to be mindful of email overages. Roughly, these equate to $1 per 1000 mails beyond a plan's given threshold.

      Hope this helps! :-)

@Shaun are you still using Infusionsoft or have you moved completely over to RAP now?

Here's a damn good alternative to Infusionsoft and it's easier to use:

    OfficeAutoPilot

    Next checkout Premiumwebcart.com

and if you're getting started try e-junkie.com

Personally, infusionsoft is a nightmare to setup and manage.
