Wishlist Member and Vbulletin

I am building a Wordpress based membership site but want to include a vbulletin forum inside. Is there a plugin to integrate Wishlist signups with the vbulletin and make everything play nicely?

If I HAVE to...I can run simplepress but I'd prefer Vbulletin.

Thoughts?

No, there isn't. You'll need Mingle, BBPress, SimplePress or Tal.ki to install a forum in Wordpress.

What if I run a Vbulletin Wordpress bridge? There are existing mods for vbulletin that will allow the two to share registrations....?

I really don't want to use simplepress...vbulletin is far superior.

I know this thread is long dead but I came across this while looking into similar methods of hacking a few scripts together to try and get the desired effect for a client.

I think I may end up going with aMember (which I've used on multiple sites in the past just haven't done a fresh install on a "WordPress as a CMS" site).

aMember has plugins for both WordPress and vBulletin so that everything plays really nice together. It's known for doing a great job of protecting sensitive files too...

Check out this thread on the aMember forum I found it pretty helpful while investigating ways to get a WordPress powered membership site to work nicely with a vBulletin forum where I wouldn't have to make my site members maintain two different sets of credentials/profiles:
