alternatives to Article Video Robot?

I am looking for a free program similar to Article Video Robot. Any free software that is able to turn articles into video?

        The correct Incansoft program for article to video is GFX Video Writer not Videobot. Anyway, this GFX Video Writer has no text-to-speech capability like AVR.

    Actually yes it does. You can narrate your video and the sound quality is very good.

    Ah no, but the honestly why would you want that? Its not at the level that would make it a viable option, its skips and just doesn't sound natural. Besides if you want to connect with your readers/viewers, letting them hear your voice is a great way to do so.

      I was simply stating the facts.

      In response to your view, I agree.

      Still, auto text-to-speech technology has it use even in IM. Not everybody can speak (mute), speak the language or pronounce the language properly.

      An alternative is to get or pay somebody else to do the voiceover.

        I have seen these types of products promoted, but do they work?

        I click away as soon as I see a video like this. Honestly...I think a better alternative would be to pay someone on Fiverr to make an entertaining video targeting your keyword...then have them sell the click at the end.

        I think these "articles to videos" are something that sounds better in theory than practice.

        I could be wrong, just my opinion.

    wait. $100 is expensive? nah. There's actually a Sony video studio that combines the most recent version of Vegas with Sound and I believe, DVD creation for $100.

    A 'free' PC app, you might check out is Article to Video Converter, (it's been stuck at version 1.0 since 4/2009)

      Personally i think these article to video programs just dont look professional. The voiceovers are naff. As Rusty said above, youd be better off getting someone to do this for you for $5 on fiverr.

      Just my opinion.
