Trading Pro System (ResaleRights) anyone?

Just wondering if anyone here can vouch for Eric Holmlund and/or his Trading Pro System, which is currently being offered on a "fire sale" with resale rights. The video sales pitch is 20 minutes or more...gawd I hate those long form videos you can't even pause!

I won't post a link because all I have is someone else's affiliate link, but if you're on a few gurus' lists you probably already have it.

It sounds great -- but then, don't they all? $97 for a "set it and forget it" product in the stock trading niche with 24 hours of videos and books etc etc which sells for $197 all day long...with bonuses galore...and an optional "built-in back end" membership to sell as well for recurring monthly commissions... All you need is a domain to set it up on, upload the files, and promote. One sale (even at half price!) and you're square, after that pure profit.

I searched for reviews, but all I can find are fake reviews from affiliates linking to the original product sales page...which I guess speaks well for the original product (which is at least 2 years old, maybe older), but I'm curious about the resale package from an IM perspective.

Is it still viable, do you think, or is the market saturated? Would it be foolish to try to sell the same thing he's already selling and will continue to sell--essentially competing with the product creator with his product? Has he sold this before -- meaning the current urgency of buy this week or its gone forever is crap?

What say you, oh wise forum dwellers?

TIA

It's actually David Vallieres' product. I purchased it several years ago. It's pretty much evergreen. I don't think the market is saturated in the least. It's a solid options trading system.

I received the same offer. Google search results include info on product and David Valliere. Looks interesting. I requested terms and conditions of the resale rights offering.

I like Eric a lot, but I have found the stuff that he promotes usually are very 'off' the mainstream for some reasons. Plus I didn't really like it when he promoted something that seemed to be quite outdated last Christmas.

I did some research and found that there are a lot of similar copies of this being sold on Clickbank... so it probably has been sold to a lot of people before with resale rights. Plus if it's on Clickbank, you probably can still promote it as an affiliate anyway.. without buying the actual product and resale rights itself.

If you just want to do charity and do a good deed this year, then it doesn't really matter, does it?

All I can say is, if you don't need something right now, it's best not to get it.. especially when it doesn't fit in with your overall plan.

Good points, thanks. I did a bit more research and found thousands of sites already out there selling it. Plus a guy I know bought it last year when it was offered "for seven days only!" and he's a bit miffed it's being offered again. The PLR rights upsell is another $100, too, apparently.

Gonna pass on this one. Thanks wise ones!

that's the big problem with these offers: suddenly everyone is jumping on them and you've got huge competition. So I'm all with kakaboo; if it doesn't fit with your overall plan, pass on it.
What I'd do though is study the sales-letter, ask yourself where you're "almost" tempted to whip out the credit card and see if you can use those elements in your own sales-copy

I am guessing that it is. At the beginning of every video, there is a warning message and one of the line reads "This video is produced by Tradingology.com"

I don't know who originally sold it or how many are selling it.

What I can speak to is the quality of the content in the Trader Pro System. I did purchase it.

I have spent many thousands of dollars on options trading classes from a very large and reputable and yes, over priced company who specializes in teaching options trading. I studied all their materials thoroughly. When I watched the Trader Pro videos I knew immediately that the information I had purchased for $200 from Eric was every bit as quality as what I paid several thousand dollars for. Much of what it covers is the exact same things.
Unless the stock market goes away, the material is completely evergreen. It doesn't matter if the market is moving up, down, or consolidating there are techniques you can apply
    .
If you feel there are too many people selling internet copies out there and you already own it, you could try renting a mailing list and sending out postcard mailings. Use one of the free ebook bonuses as a lead gen on the post card and then promote the package to the list you generate from that.
    Just an idea.

Perhaps it will help someone else who has the package.

I did get the offer for me first as I know this is a good video course.

In fact I tried many courses but this this one was the best. I know some thing in hte trading world and I know that a good and solid understanding is needed to succeed in this area.

But in the marketer point of view the offer was very interesting. Having a Resale Rights for $97 of a product that sells for $197 all day long was some occasion that I couldn't let go.

The fact that even if it was for my self training, The Trading Pro System is an evergreen product that I plan to pass it to my children and my grand children.

As a owner of reseal rights, I offer the access of it at only $7 with a tree monthly payments of $37 at : tradingprosystemblog[dot]com
