Viral Inviter 2011 review... Anyone using it?

Anyone currently using this?
I've seen several old reviews and comments about Viral Inviter, both positive and negative, it's being actively offered at the moment for $297, a bit of a spend, but it appears to be a comprehensive product.
Is anyone currently using it and can give an uptodate review and opinion on it's effectiveness and/or views on any alternatives...
I read about TraficXplode, but again would be great to hear directly from a Warrior.

I'm using it but I'm having trouble installing. The video "step by step" instructions aren't actually step by step. Some folders are named differently and its really frustrating. If I can't get it to install I'll have to get a refund or charge back. Also they want 47 USD to install it for you so it almost seems like its on purpose...but I want to give Norman the benefit of the doubt and think he didn't mean to make it so confusing.

I sent a support ticket about the price of the complete version (I paid 297 for it, and they want another 97 usd to make it complete with social networks.) This support ticket was never answered.

It seems like Mr Freeman is not interested in support issues. I sent him an email to an address he gave me when I bought resale rights, and he blocked my IP so I cant send email messages from my domain. They actually have a whole section on the turbobuzz help desk telling you what to do if you dont get a reply. If you do a search on Viral inviter in the forum, you'll see other threads. The one from Viguy (technical support) is interesting.

I still think it's a good product which will work well in markets where tell-a-friend works as an incentive, and the update frequency is good. Let me know if you get a reply from support. Peter

A similar viral product I recommend is called Traffic Zombie. Not only does it help make your products/sites go viral but it also helps with your SEO too as it makes people Blog about your product/site therefore leaving a backlink to your site.

As it goes I'm using it right now in my sig below and I'm having great results with not only the viral side of it but with ranking my sites as well

    Hope this helps

Traffic Zombie is still very expnesive and I am quite sure it is the same owner like Viral Inviter. The same tool but in different box

I am using Super Tell A Friend. It is a very good and cheaper alternative for this.
Super Tell A Friend - Friend Inviter Script With Contact Importer
I've tried both and I can tell you right now that they are totally different from each other.

Plus they're owned by different people.

Btw, there is a $100 discount off for Traffic Zombie if you do a tweet for them if that's any use to you?
