I am looking for some opinions and stories of either positive or negative reinforcement on paying the membership fees for sites such as ListJoe.com and ViralURL.com. Do these email lists and emailing this way really draw leads for the money that is paid? I think that it is $197 for 6 months of ListJoe and you can email 1000's of people every couple days. I have signed up and the emails that I receive I really don't read! That just makes me wonder if other people will actually read and click my links in these emails? What do you think? I could use some direction on this. Thanks in advance community! |

Hi Jeremy, To take it ahead... my reply might be slightly biased as I own one of the sites you are asking about, but I have personally been using many of those mailer sites (not safelists!) for quiet a while with very good results. In fact, I personally paid for accounts for most other sites like this out there and had one of my VA's regularly promote ViralURL in them. I tracked the results I got from those promotions and that special ViralURL account that my VA promoted with our upgraded membership accounts in the other sites ended up being in the top 30 affiliate sellers (#29 with 45 upgraded sales!). Those 45 sales alone was worth a lot more in sales then the membership fees I paid. Plus we grew our mailing list that way with a lot more then just 45. ![]() Also, you might want to check out this YouTube video on the topic of click rates and conversion rates with mailer sites... To sum it all up... if done properly (send traffic to your own squeeze page that you keep split testing to improve the opt-in rates over time), then I believe this being a very good way to grow your personal mailing lists and to make sales on the backend. |

I really didn't expect to hear from you! LOL! But that is awesome that you would take the time to reply to me! I am actually a free member of your company and have thought hard about going the next step, just don't want to waste money on ads that get deleted. I will do some more research and check it out! Thank You Again! |

i'm a member of viralurl. last year i was one of the top affiliates. does it help you sponsor new reps and make more sales? maybe. depends on your ad copy and your copy writing skills. It's not the end all, just use it and save your messages as presets so you can blast away within a min |
