Every niche I look at using Market Samurai seems to FAIL the "Golden Rules" filter. I tried looking at Clickbank products as source for niche ideas and every time I use Market Samurai, I don't get any niche or keywords. The "Golden" filter filters out all keywords. So if not that, how do I use this tool to find me a profitable keywords and promote clickbank products? |

Hi there, The golden rules filter is not that important, especially now that google's competition data is so messed up that it is nearly useless to do the old ''put your keyword in quotes and see how many competing pages there are'' trick. Assuming your are using market samurai to rank for keywords via SEO then this is how I use the tool... set the filter to ''phrase'' and the SEOT filter to a number that is worth your while. Use common sense to eliminate keywords that would obviously be too competitive. Instead look for more longtail variations and make a shortlist. Click the keyword from market samurai to quickly scan the top 10 competitors. If you see forums, articles, web 2.0 etc then the keyword goes to the next step (seo competition tab in market samurai) Essentially, find longer tail keywords with decent search volume and weak competition in the top 10. Hope this helps you. |
