Best Work at Home/Online Job PLRs???

I am a long-time IMer with limited PLR experience. Your expertise is most appreciated.

I am building a site that will offer work-at-home/online-job PLRs with resale rights cheaply.

I'd like the site customers to learn IM (or a specific IM system) and be able to resell the PLR under their own brand name if they choose to. I want to provide them with real value and systems or methods that have been proven to work.

Most of the PLR Master Resale Rights stuff I own is pretty good, but generally not great.

Does anyone know of any great PLRs that come with Master Resale Rights?

I have a budget for this and don't mind paying a fair amount for top-notch PLRs.

I need 10-12 to start, so let your imagination run free.

PS: Extra credit question: CB work-at-home/online-job products for IM newbies that offer excellent value, convert, and have low refund rates? I would also offer these on the site to make a few affiliate commissions. I don't mind a lower commission fee if it is a product I can stand behind. Thank you for your time and consideration.
