Well, I canceled my $1 deal today. They made too many promises for the $1 deal that weren't delivered. I was going to continue, but if they didn't deliver what they said they would for the $1, I'm not going to give them the $67 one-time and the $37.00 a month they want for the use of their software. $1 is nothing --- it's the word that count.

There are better software being sold here on the wso forum.

Jesus, I tried to make money with your "push button" software, but it froze. Not a good start my friend.

Other than the horrible hyped up sales page, I guess I'm one of the few that actually likes the software. I didn't take the $1 offer nor the upsells of $197 or $37 a month. Just the basic one time payment $67. It seems to be doing exactly what it claims to do....at least for me...and it's a nice twist to submitting videos the regular way to video sites. I like it It's easy to use and the video maker is pretty cool as well. Just received an email that the keyword tool was just updated and enjoying the bonuses as well. I've refunded a few things in the past but overall a good experience for me on this one

Well I just made my first videos(3)and they won't play. I play mp4's all the time,so not my media player. I also tried it with VLC player, and nothing. Anybody else have this problem? Sent support but Paul Ponna is notoriously slow with support.

I like the software too. I'm just disappointed that they didn't show how to make videos that will make money, which is kind of the point.

Maybe if they are smart and reading this thread they will put together a case study These types of launches would be so much more believable if they put together a start from scratch case study that their buyers could then feel confident "I can do this!". They should just treat it as a throw away site, knowing the less than creative buyers try to copy cat the exact same campaign.

I know showing how to make a profitable video is something that should have been included in the $67 product . I like the Ideal of the product but do I need the monthly $37 also to find out how to make this thing work.

Yes, I agree with the general feeling that has been building about this product. I tested for three days and have come accross many bugs and things that just either don't work or don't make sense:

- nichemonarch (the keyword tool): completely inadequate (there is no way I can finetune what I want to look for, somehow determines I am located in Switzerland so I get german keywords only..., search volume is incorrect by far, etc.etc.)
- profitmonarch (the videoproducer software): creates the videos but again I don't have control over a lot. I cannot determine in which order the background pictures are used, so the software will randomly pick background pictures, leading to the situation where I explain about a beef meal and the picture shows a desert). Useless!

- TrafficMonarch (the spamtool that uploads the videos to the videosites): the software has spent days supposedly uploading videos. The only place where I can actually find my videos is in Youtube. The software seems to "pretend" to work and publish videos, as it keeps reporting uploading videos, even when there is no internet connection... (lol) There is a series of video portals you have to create user name and passwords for. Once entered the software deals with the uploads. The other sites are supposed to work through internal api keys (so I will not have to create an account with the particular video site). That is in theory convenient, but - again - I could not find those videos on the platforms either.

To conclude: This software was released either much too early and simply did not have a chance to be refined enough (so we are the alpha and beta testers, thank you very much!)
or
the software is simply a big cheat.
No response to my support request either.

I had paid $1. I did not refund that (consider it entertainment value), but I did cancel the subscription. Still don't know whether that will cancel my ability to use the software going forward, but frankly, I don't care.

Hi Guys,

I bought the Profit Monarch a few days ago and so I commenced with my video domination..
My first campaign was basically a test and I,m glad I did test cos there is alot of trial and error..setting up the vids, getting the images right, text right, music right, but I did get it right(Took me about 6 hours inbetween house chores and other essential humane facts)..
I have just done my proper campaign and I am uploading the vids..The Traffic Monarch takes forever so I am doing 10 vids at a time..I,ll be doing a total 40 vids for each niche I find..
i have found the Niche Monarch useless so I have gone back to Google Adwords Keytool and using Quotes to see competition..
The Profit Monarch is ok and so is the Traffic Monarch but it takes forever to upload but thats cos there are so many sites to send to..

Overall this is obviuosly a time will tell product but hey..Its simple to do..
I have a vid to show you..yeah I know..its not all that but it sends out the right message and time will tell if these vids will convert..

I think Profit Monarch is ok..then again if I see no results in 60 days then its time for a refund I,m afraid..
I forgot to mention that I only purchased the PM for $67..No upsells or monthly membership..
lastly, use enough images (I use 14 from Google Images) so you don,t get rejected for duplicate content..Good Luck..

The product you are promoting converts pretty well on Clickbank, Are you getting any views to the video? Any traffic to your page? I have uploaded videos similar to these slide videos via Tubemogul and they just got lost in the sea of videos....I wish you luck on this but the big question I always have is how do you get eyeballs to your video?

And cmmk11 if I may give you an impression: Do you see how the same pictures appear as background again and again? Sometimes the same picture gets transitioned into the same (which does not make sense, but that is the problem of the software not yours). Also I think the slides should last a bit longer for the viewer to get time to see and read. (just my 2 p)

I,ve only just started but I am using high global monthly searched keywords (Google Adwords Keyword Tool) in title for high converting products. I get about 30-40 and just do the same amount of vids and go to traffic monarch and upload 10 at a time..I,m on my first campaign and the vids are on Youtube etc.. but yeah its early days..I,m gonna stick with it for a month or 2 and see what happens..

For my test campaign(wasn,t supposed to be a test but thats how it turned out..lol) I only used 1 image and that kept getting rejected cos of dup content so I put in 14 this time from Google Images and so far they are in..

Well, it looks like the greatest effort of this software went into the registration logic. I had purchased for $1, got the 3 days membership for $67 monthly and just cancelled the membership. Result: the software does not work anymore.

I sort of understand, since I only paid $1. Let's hope that people who paid $67 and cancel the membership in 2 months from now will not lose usage of their product as well...

I have bought the product and made a honest Profit Monarch Review video, its nearly 37 minutes long because Ive cover all the aspects of the softwares.

Ive done many reviews, but to be honest this product is very good. If you are into Video Marketing this product is amazing and the best part is the 1st upsell software. Ive also included that in my video review.

EDIT: Just got confirmation of refund-hasn't show yet but that takes a couple days I think. Perhaps the power of the WF? Anyways-I never fault those for making a mistake...it is how it is handled that tells the tale. I am happy.

I am still trying to get my refund-went through clickbank, then vendor replied telling me to use it for 60 days-fact is, I don't want to use others videos and I am not making my own. I thought this product was something different, but now I don't want it-seems as if the webinar gave a whole bunch of BS about easy refunds...a 60 day money back guarantee means you have UP TO 60 days to get your money back...not "you can't get your money back BEFORE 60 days" not cool-this was recommended to me as I am on Adam Short's email list, and I have purchased many products from lists before, but this one is something I just don't want and they are doing their best to push back my request for a refund. I will give them another 24 hours...but I have about 35,000 in my personal network and i always share experiences...both good AND bad. This "deal" is a little on the sleazy side all told-bonuses were confusing (I never even got those) $1 for 30 days vs. $1 for 3 days THEN $37 OR $67 monthly...kinda felt like a shell game.

Hey, same here. I'm also happy with this product. I refunded several products in the past, but not this one. Even if I don't make money from it, I won't ask for refund. It is a new concept and the product is well-worth the price.

I have now managed to get my refund on the 3rd attempt. Paul Ponna contacted me and arranged the refund himself. I don't know if the support staff would have carried on as they did the first 2 times or whether Clickbank would have taken over and refunded eventually. It was annoying to have my comments completely ignored and the same response as the first one given. I'm sure Paul will have the issue sorted out though as its not good for customer relations.

I got two videos uploaded, and the quality was crap.

Then I tried to make a better video and upload it, and after letting the thing run for about 20 hours, 'uploading' I checked my accounts to see not a single one uploaded.

It was a huge waste of time. I requested a refund.

I created the slide-show as recommended and the software spun it into a number of videos (as it was supposed to do) so I uploaded them all to the sites, (the upload took forever!) and when I checked that evening, no one had uploaded, so I paid a visit to Clickbank!

I've decided to not buy any more whiz bang products. Instead I'll do things the tried and true ways, which do take a lot of time, but at least they bring results!

Stabilus, why would you expect that the software would work after you refunded it?
If it worked for you in the first place you wouldn't have refunded it !
The owner has full right to disable the software of people who get refunds.

If you are going to mess about with slide show videos you might just as well get the real deal.
Photodex ProShow Producer, mixes your photos, videos, and music together into an
awesome slide show. Lots of professional themes, perfect for creating quick shows.
This is not cheap, but if your serious, it is one of the best.
I have been using this program for a couple of years now.

Then get a good Keyword/Niche program. The video submission is not a problem,I don't think you want to, or need to, subit to all those video sites listed in the program.

I purchased for the $1 and, like you indicated, was not aware of the $67 charge after 3 days. I submitted a ticket letting them know that I wanted access to the software but not the monthly membership. They responded that if I requested a refund for the $67 that canceled access to the software. I requested a refund anyway. I don't want to deal with people who can't present things correctly. There are other video tools out there to use that don't charge a monthly fee.

Cancelling a membership means just that. You don't want to be a member of that club and keep paying for additional services you did not want in the first place.

Since I did not refund the purchase price I still purchased the product (although at a discount price) and would expect the product to be operational.

Or are you saying that when you purchase a pair of pants you can only keep them if you keep paying a monthly membership to the store that sold them to you?

Look, it's simple. When I purchased from the sales page it did not say that I had to be a member to use the product. And on the inside it said that if I refund, the products will not work anymore.

So I purchased and did not refund. Therefore I should be able to keep using the product.

If you thought you would get unlimited use of the software for a $1.00 trial, I'd say you're probably the only one. I think it's pretty clear to almost everyone that that wasn't the case.

You are in breach of copyright, several of those images are copyrighted.

Don't use google images as it lists copyrighted images. If you are serious about being an Internet marketer then use proper royalty free images.

BTW Love the 70's porn music! you can get high quality royalty free music from several sites.

You could create much better videos using Photo Story which is free from microsoft, free royalty free images and free royalty free music.

Also place your link at the front of your description.

I so wished I had read what you wrote before I got sucked in to this crap. They say $1 to try free fro 30 days. With your CB confirmation comes the statement that the $1.00 is "good" for two (three?) days. I immediately cancelled - giving the above explanation. "Profit Monarch" through a "LIZ" - I'm fighting back - especially after reading that I'm not the only one, and also the fact that some pretty reputable folk are affiliates with profit monarch. Firs of all they aren't getting any more money, and clickbank will get another email and ear full on Monday, and the link to this site here. Paypal will hopefully investigate as well. Perhaps we can put a stop to scamers like that. I am positively livid. I should have know - the $1. right? BUT..I will also email the affiliate, whom I know quite well and who told me about it...Won't buy from him anymore either. Gosh I'm so angry! How could I have fallen for this...

I am just another disappointed, frustrated, livid warrior trying to get a refund from Profit Monarch. I was on a webinar call on a Monday night and I even won the $30 from Paul for being number 4 to sign up (by the way, I never saw that either). Long story short, got billed $1 that night and hit for $67 on Wednesday. Sent them several emails to no avail. Opened a CB support ticket and got the same response as others from "Liz", no refund. I just escalated the CB support ticket to request the refund again.

If any of you other lucky warriors who actually got a refund have any helpful hints please let me know.

For those of you who have not purchased PM, buyer beware! This has to be the absolute worst customer service ever. And Paul sounded like such a nice guy on the webinar.

PS I am new to this world of IM and I have to say, the best money ever spent was on joining the War Room on this forum, so I urge every member of this forum who has not paid the nominal War Room upgrade to do so asap-save yourself the grief of dealing with issues like this!

If you buy anything...I mean -anything- from ClickBank, they WILL REFUND. Just go straight through Clickbank by forwarding your purchase receipt to refunds@clickbank.com. If the vendor denies the refund, re-open the ticket and escalate to Clickbank. If THAT doesn't work, call Clickbank at 1-800-390-6035.

I had chance to test this software and I don't know how to put my words about it. It took me about 10-15 minutes to review quickly whole software and all I have to say is that it SUCKS.

I'm so tired of those software that doesn't work and they promise something and not keeping this promise. People please do me a favor and don't buy that product unless you want to spend your money. It is really not worth it. Nothing worked. Not Niche Monarch, neither Profit Monarch neither Traffic Monarch.

I've had a few problems with the software (not necessarily the fault of the software) and received some useful information from support. If anyone is having problems getting support to reply and would like a copy of the information I have, please pm me and I'll pm it back to you). (I'm off to the JOB shortly so there may be a 12 hour delay in my response to you.)
Also, the problems I had may not be the same as others have experienced, but a pm costs nothing to send and there maybe some info that may be useful.

Well, this is what I got from Norton when I went in there just now:

I submitted that url to Clickbank when I canceled the monthly subscription and asked them to pass it along to Mr. Ponna.

I also told them the fact that I had never even seen/located what the $37 per month was for, and that it had never been mentioned until I got to the actual CB order form.
On a previous Paul Ponna product I apparently didn't notice that charge until I got the CB subscription email the next month, and CB just ignored me when I quibbled about it.

a lot of people have been complaining about the product. firstly it is designed to submit tinny vids on the internet. i suggest 30-40sec it may of stated more but from my experince its like watching paint dry if only thing longer than that. another thing, its designed to post a video slide show. thats IT!! dont expect anything more or less. thats it. wether you want to direct traffic to your site on to the vendors site. its not a magic pill. thats my rant out of the way-
my experience on the product- yes i did get a refund. not because its crap needs more work on!!
it does what it say sends out small vids on the internet linking them bk to your page if you have your link on the pg.
so the reason why? i sent out 20 videos that wer 30-35 secs long. the problem is when they where posted on youtube or collage humor extra... the discription never showed and the link so i had to manually edit all my videos. that is time consuming and a wast of time. that being said- after 1mth now im seeing goolge alerts linking to my site so with paul mentioning that before- the proof is there for me. so for anyone mentioning that side on linking dont work it comes down to patients.
them bottem line there is afew bugs that needed to be sorted out. so maybe it was to early for the program to be released.
