Hi Warriors, What are the best SEO companies out there? When I say the best, I mean a company with great prices, great customer support and above all, a company that keeps its promises so I can give them the money and they'll get the job done with any problems. I hope I'm not asking for too much, any suggestions? Thanks, Matt |

That is going to really depend, Here is a perfect example, my company is my signature link and this is what defines my overall approach. (I am not pitching my services, just giving everyone some perspective.) 1) I am not cheap, and honestly don't work with anyone that is looking to save pennies while throwing away dollars. Effective SEO is not a typical commodity if the person actually knows what they are doing. 2) I deliver results to clients, and to ensure I am able to service clients effectively. I only will ever have 10 or so client projects on the books at any time. 3) While this may seem odd, I don't really do SEO Jobs for clients just for the money, I make a ton of money from doing my own internet marketing projects, many times more than what I charge clients. 4) I take on projects with clients that I actually want to work on, I will charge what my time is worth, but I will also deliver results that generate outstanding returns for my client. The reality is if I think a project is for the greater good I will usually give it a once over, but I am not going to waste my time and work for a nickel an hour on someone else s job that doesn't understand the value of results and 10 plus years of experience. A look at many other "SEO Firms" (Not all, but many) 1) Take whatever they can get, and farm all the work out to a outsourcing person or agency that is worth a few bucks an hour, think about an "SEO" in India or wherever that is charging let's say $20 per hour (which is a lot for India) what do you actually feel you will get out of that. Do you want an SEO to work on your site that is so inept that they cant make lets say $20 and hour working on their own projects? 2) Take as many clients as they can and do as little for each as possible while charging low rates, (the volume approach). These groups tend to view clients as stupid, and just ready to be taken. They know their clients don't have a clue about what is going on, or how things really work. Its the "boiler room" business model to SEO.. 3) Barber-Shop College Approach To SEO, do you really want some kid or whomever testing out the latest spam product out on your site thinking its SEO? That's the typical SEO Voodoo that gives the industry a bad name. 4) People that will charge you whatever little amount they can wrangle from a penny clinching client and do nothing of any value in exchange, they might do a Nuke blast or some retard ready solution. But they know they're dealing with the bottom of the barrel online marketers, so what do they really care. (while I don't agree with ripping people off, you get tired of all the "window shoppers") Regardless, I am sure you get the point, Real SEO is an intricate process that is often different in actual implementation for every site, niche and keyword. It takes time and it takes money, its that simple. And this is the thing you need to remember, there is always someone willing to pay for quality, experience and results... If your not that person, you really need to consider if you stand a chance against them...

I am posting this in case anyone has the same type of questions, as it saves me the time of rewriting it. I have stripped out the persons domain and keyword for their privacy Quote:
I did take a quick look over your site, $XXXXXX for SEO is only a number, it does not explain what was done, when and how... I would suggest having me do an audit first, as I can see several issues that will keep you from the first page, your keyword is not all that hard to be in the top 5 for. If your interested you can review the following information on my website and take a look at my elance profile to determine if I would be a fit for you. http://organic-seo-guru.elance.com Seo Analysis | Seo Website Audit | Seo Evaluation | Seo Site Report
