Where can I get a website unlock script?

I have a product I want to give away for free but I want the user to first answer some survey or click an ad etc, something I get paid for before getting to the product download.

I saw something similar here: (makeeasymoneyonlinequickly dot com)
(This is NOT my site)

Where can I get such a script? Can you customize them?

Any ideas or suggestions about this form of revenue generation is greatly appreciated.
