PLF 3 bonuses, new or the same as PLF 2?

I have just received an email from Jeff today,
he is giving away 2 bonuses to PLF 3.
They are (in his own words from the email):
1. (One more thing: I'm such a huge believer in list
building that I've included an entire List
Building course for anyone who registers for
Product Launch Formula.)
2. (In fact, I feel so strongly about having your ownproduct that I created an entire Product Creation
course for anyone who registers for Product Launch
Formula.)
Actually, he is giving away 3 bonuses, but I would
like to ask about the first 2 bonuses from the current
PLF 2 owners.
Are these new bonuses that weren't included in
PLF 2? Or were they also offered for PLF 2?
