Default Reporting To The FTC?

Hi,

We all know there are a lot of products out there.

We also know that there are lot of useless, junk products too. Some of these, if not all, make absurd claims and all kind of guarantees to entice someone to buy.

So how come we can't report these junk products that make misleading claims to the FTC?

-Shaun

Sorry, but the template was removed because this section is supposed to contain only actual reviews.

You can report to the FTC. You simply file a complaint.

I tell ya this though, some of these Info Product marketers better be very careful with what they are doing - specifically in regards to creating products while showcasing results that come from the sales of a previous product that has nothing to do w/ the product they are selling. And those marketers who are simply pump & dumping useless products on people.

There is a lawyer out of California going after people like this. Especially the ones who are using email marketing, and simply not backing up claims that they are portraying. And the lawyer has won 100% of his cases so far.

I'll have to look it up. It was a story in the Huffington Post a little while back.
You can research it yourself if you find the time. The info was that was a guy who was unemployed and at the time wasn't a lawyer, but then took some email marketers to court & won. He then went on to get a law degree & then has been destroying every scam info marketer out there in Cali. Has won every single case.

Hello!

Yes, there are a lot of very useful products but there are also lots of stupid junks. You really have to be very careful. You can always complain, you simply file a complain to the FTC and hope that they will notice your complain and act to it responsibly as early as they can.

Best of Luck!
