Hey guys I'm after a membership site solution and came across this Membership Software - Easy Member Pro Was wondering does anyone have any personal experience with this service? I was dead set on getting WP wishlist, but only 12 months of support and updates is a huge no no for me - I'll probably be a pro at using it after a year, but I'd still like it to be there if I needed it Ruchi |

It has the all the basics. Dripped content, affiliate program, secure download links, multiple membership levels, one-time offers, Clickbank/Paypal integration and more. Plus it's easy to use and support exists. It's a pretty good choice for memberships.

Thanks, do you personally use this? Do you know if it can be used with wordpress or does it have to be html with their dashboard? Ruchi

I've used it in the past. Not currently using it since my needs have changed. It can only protect an entire Wordpress blog by inserting some code in the header. It relies on it's own "CMS" to create pages. It tries to make things as easily as possible for the site owner. |

One of my clients uses it for their PLR Membership system. It works great from what I can tell and actually plan on purchasing it myself for my own project. A bonus: The developer is a WF member and has been polite and respectful when I spoke with him. |

If you go this route give the manual a good coat of looking at several times. Debbie on their help desk is very good and comes back quickly should you have a problem. I found the best way forward was to follow the manual, building my project in easy steps. I've been very satisfied with the software and propose using it on several more projects.

Thanks for the response guys, I am really interested in this, but the only thing putting me off is the HTML, I'd love it if it worked on wordpress, I feel like I'm taking a step back in time |

I use EMP for PLRAssassin.com it has been a great success for me. The coding is all closed, you cannot edit the coding what so ever. But, it does have enough features, drip feed content, content blocking and so on. Debbie and Anthony are very helpful with their support also. I would recommend 100%! |

Hello, Have a look at what SitemanPro offers you. It combines an ecommerce system with a WordPress (or Joomla) membership site manager for an acceptable amount. It supports standard membership and drip-feed membership. I am using it and like it so much I got them to set up a 30% off code for people on my list. I think there are strong advantages of using WordPress to deploy your site unless you really love HTML or PHP, which you say you don't. I have had an unused copy of EasyMemberPro sitting on my disk for a couple of years now. The key problem that put me off was that it did not support WordPress. I do agree that I got good support from Debbie when I needed it. Hope this helps you. Best regards, Gren. |

I'm in the market for a member site as well, and Easy Member Pro looks pretty good, actually. Here's my question though - it's the Wordpress thing again, bacically. Basically, why is it a problem that it uses HTML? What I want from the Member Site that I want to deploy is a place where someone can be directed to when they buy my product on Clickbank. I'd set it up as a recurring billing, where they have a 14 day trial, then a one time charge of $79. I would want to put links to all my products on the member page, as well as several videos. It looks like Easy Member Pro is exactly what I'm looking for, and it also looks easy to use and aesthetically looks good. Basically, from what I can tell, it would be a page that it OUTSIDE of the Wordpress hierarchy, which is what I did with my Thank You page anyway. It's not really that big of a deal, as far as I can see. You basically point someone to the URL, and they go. You could put links to your Wordpress blog on the member page if you wanted to, right?? Am I on the mark here? |

Easy member pro doesn't support a lot of stuff and get this if you want to IMPORT people into the script YOU CANT !!!! You can only IMPORT stuff that's been exported?? WTF ??? And they send emails asking about how they can improve and they virtually ignore you. - Today all my membership sites are down because their website says ACCOUNT SUSPENDED - the flat fee is nice for unlimited membership sites but if you have any serious websites stick with Amember!!

Wnen lookingfor a member script - there is no best - just the best for your needs. I have used easy member pro and it has some good pro's -price - one pay - unlimited domains/sites -ease of use - uses templates and is very easy to set up - the admin area is very easy to use - manage members(yes add new or import a file), create pages etc -support - the admin Debbie and Anthony are excellent - tho sometimes a bit slow to answer posts on the forum -features - has all you need - and a few cool features like a built in video player for s3 videos cons - html based - no integration with wordpress - as Daniel has said a simple work around is to have the members section as a backend to a wordpress site - and have the members log in button direct to the members install I am currently also looking at SitemanPro - the big advantage that attracts me is the integration of admin end to a number of site installs - bit like delavo - I have not set it up yet so can't really comment cheers Danny I just checked - some of my sites are down - see above |
