AuctionBytes did a survey a few weeks ago asking nearly 1000 readers about their experience with a number of online payment processors. Sellers Choice Awards: Rating the Online Payment Services They asked readers to rate the payment services in four areas: fee structure; dispute resolution process; account holds, rolling reserves and restrictions; and popularity among customers (buyers) The services rated were Amazon, Google, PayPal, Skrill (Moneymakers), Paymate, and Propay. Some background information was also presented on how the surveys were given. As expected, PayPal was the most popular service with buyers. But that was the only category where they came in first, with all other categories coming in either fifth or sixth place. Marvin |
