Anyone had success with Bring The Fresh Course?

Just wanted to know from other Warrior's if you have heard or personally bought the BTF course and is it worth it? I admit, I'm on Information Overload as a newbie and I just need to focus on just one. But, I heard online that this course rocks! If anyone can give me their .02 on this, it would be great!!!!
