The simple way of slapping up websites and hoping for them to rank is too optimistic. It does happen but only if the competition is really really low. That is if you properly analyze your competition.

You'll need to get backlinks to help you rank. Backlinks and good content.

The thing is, not all sites will convert. Infact most won't. I'd say for every ten you throw up, 3 will make you sales.

So expect to create a few dead sites along the way

Get the trial version of Keyword Analysis Tool - Market Samurai (No affiliation/nothing to do with me) watch the videos and have a play. Not always accurate but you can compare it with the Google keyword tool to get an idea.

And yeah - as Zeb says above - its not as simple as just throwing up a website and hoping for it to rank.

I've had sites indexed in G in ten minutes using this.

It's a decent product. It works, there's no question about it, the most "famous" sniper is a dude called Anthony from Canada, I believe him to be the real deal; but as everyone else said here, your best bet is to actually pump up the sites you create. That way you get much better results

I've had some success; the eight sites I've built using this method all rank well for their chosen keywords. In addition to the methods outlined in the book, I've been using Article Marketing Robot to get additional backlinks.

Few conversions as of yet, but as others have pointed out, not every site is going to hit a home run.

It's also difficult to find keywords that aren't overly competitive.

GS 2.0 is a better-than-average product, mostly because it doesn't rely on anything other than old fashioned work. There's no trickery to it; you're just building sites and using SEO to draw visitors.

I'm not a beginner with making money online, just trying to find a better way to do it. I have a couple of "huge" sites that use to earn good Adsense - then the topics became too saturated and that went down. I want to diversify and add ClickBank, affiliates, CPA etc. Sniper seems so easy, just hoping that I get out of it what they claim.

Wanted to share - that I am now having success with the Sniper system.

One of the 6 I've done - one that I published on Feb. 28 is now on page one of Google - and I made my first sale this morning.

Small victory for me - at least I know this works!

There are really 2 factors that will determine your Sniper site's success...

1. The keyword you choose - If you choose the wrong keyword you will be spinning your wheels.

2. The product you promote - If the product you're promoting doesn't appeal to the masses you'll DEFINITELY be spinning your wheels.

Your pre-sell article on your site also plays a part... so many factors.

I don't understand about all this I hear of Google sniper.... I must admit I downloaded a torrent to see what the fuss is about and I don't get it... Very basic stuff to me!

If you aren't doing well, I think it has to be with your keyword research that you aren't doing well.

An update from me - NONE of my Sniper sites are working right - like the videos say. I'm very disappointed in them. I had one sale and one that ranked fairly well at first - then the Google Panda update hit - and they've fallen off - no traffic - no growth - no sales. I'm not convinced that it works. Tried contacting the owner of the system, and they haven't written back. So I give up on it.

I'm focusing on making content sites, and working what I know to work - and YES you have to get good back links, quality links.

I've had some success with it and also combining it with the M.O.B.S system by Gary Gregory (fellow warrior and sniper expert).

though that tends to be the first timers experience, even I (way before GS came out, i'm talking like about 10yrs ago), my first 15 sites or so wasn't profitable at all.

It came down to the keyword research...

Since you're a member of GS 2.0, first you've made a good choice, secondly, you need to contact them and ask them to review your sites, that's what you paid for, SUPPORT, don't do what most do and don't ask for help and give up after they feel they can't do it.

that's just leaving money on the table... So contact George's team, they will point you in the right direction

And one that I'm not going to put on here because of the topic - a bit risque but it discusses a medical condition and how to cure it.

Now - the "numbers" on these bombed out after the Google Panda update. I really think George should address this - because I know I'm not the only person affected by it!

On all of these I did just as George in the Sniper ebook and videos suggested. The one I'm not showing ranked well at first - so did the Download Move site.

Now the air purifier site I'm trying an experiment - I'm adding LOTS more content - and will eventually also add Adsense to it. It's the only site that's growing -with traffic. I've done some Web 2.0 and blog commenting with it as well. I'm not ranking for the main term yet - but I am found for other terms.

I'm about to try another experiment with the other sites - per the advice of a well known person in here, and I'll share the results once I implement it.

Yes, I think you just gotta build more serious backlink. In my opinion that's the only thing you gotta do right now to those sites

If the Google Panda update hurt your rankings and trust me I have over 80 sites and YES some of them were affected then you may want to find and INSTALL a Plugin that makes your content look UNIQUE by slightly altering the text so that it looks original to Google.

I have this problem because I have several sites usually within a niche and then I get lazy and use the same content from 1 site to the other.

From just looking at your Air Purifier site I noticed that your pictures at LEAST NOT ALL OF THEM didn't have your affiliate link in them, you will definitely want to make your pictures link over to the product you wouldn't believe how many people will run their mouse over your picture and then click if there is a link within it.

I know that I recommended Bring the Fresh and I still do but when it comes to selling Amazon products Sara Young's Easy Paycheck Formula is the BEST! Trust me you will love it so definitely look into getting that!

Also I would consider adding a STAR SYSTEM to show your ratings and you also have included POSITIVE and NEGATIVE comments from customers but you don't link over too say a TESTIMONIAL or even TESTIMONIALS.

So may want to do something like this:

John B said "I love my XJB Air Purifier and I have noticed that since buying it my allergies don't seem to be near as bad as they were... BLAH BLAH BLAH" and then put this was paraphrased to read the FULL REVIEW Click Here. This will get people to click on it and then perhaps make their purchase after reading it.

Also something that you may be leaving out and this will cost your make sure that you are using the Amazon Affiliate Link Localizer Wordpress Plugin.

This means if you have not already done so you will need to sign up as an Amazon Affiliate in at least the UK, Canada, and any other English speaking country otherwise if someone comes to your site say from Canada and they click on your link and purchase you are not going to get credit for the sale.

This is one thing that annoys me about Amazon but oh well.

Oh and say for something like the air purifier niche I always try and add a Clickbank product that may go along with it. So say they are looking for it because they have ASTHMA then add a Clickbank product that tells you how to Naturally deal with asthma and allergies.

I hire a copywriter of fiverr and some backlink services. I spend around $25 per site. What's is very very important, is NOT to get those services that will create thousands of backlinks in 1 day. Google will notice that and you will never get ranked.

I did that mistake with a top domain name (that I paid a lot!) and now I thinking about removing the entire site, ask Google to remove all the pages, and start it over again...

Start slowly with some web 2.0 bookmarks, ping a lot of servers when you add a post, do a couple of article submission of your spun content. Then wait...

I bought the GS 2.0 shortly after it's launch about a year ago. I appreciated the information about creating wordpress websites, which was a gret education, but I never made any profit from the two sites which I spent so much time creating. I was a bit disappointed with GS staff lack of detail when I asked for assistance, and the fact that a lot of the focus in the follow-up webinars was in how to get quality backlinks (which were supposedly not necessary - according to the sales presentation), so I got the refund before the 60 day guarantee expired. I'm Glad I did so early on, because had I waited to see how my sites were performing, I would have gone past the 60 days.
I am currently subscribed to Sara Young's Insider Profit Club and getting the actionable steps to take in order to make my first 1,000 bucks per month. It's a guarantee from Sara herself and I feel very strongly that her system will not fail me. I can very easily tell that there is no B.S. about what she teaches.
