Default Facebook Maxed?

Hey all. I'm wondering about facebook maxed... Today I began my first business page using the new iframes system. It wasn't really difficult working with the process, but I am encountering a problem with scrollbars being displayed on my page which of course none of us want.

I have the correct dimensions and everything but I need to look into it more as it looks as if there is a "bug" right now with the whole scrollbar thing, I dunno.

Anyway, this FBMaxed product looks as if it is a software program to possibly do much of the process auto or semi-automatically? I'm really not quite sure.

I checked out there facebook page and wouldn't you know it... there page has scrollbars! So although they announce NO Scrollbars with their product, their very own page has them! That kind of makes me think twice. If I'm gonna drop almost 50 bones for something that is really not that difficult to do manually anyway, I want it to work as advertised.

So anyone here have this and have used it yet? Would love some input.

Hi, FBMaxed's sample page is here: FBMaxed | Facebook
(It does not have a scrollbar?)

FBMaxed is a great product, we just had our first walk-through webinar yesterday, people are loving it. We will ensure everyone buying FBMaxed learn how to implement the templates in their pages.

You get the greatly designed templates (HTML5 compatible!), step-by-step training videos as well as walk-through webinars, all for $47, I would say, it is really a value buy.

Hey Daniel, product looks great from what I have gathered.

For those of us that are not familiar with iFrames, do the training videos go through how to create and setup iFrame pages?

Yes, they do...they are not super professional...I did them...but they are thorough. Plus, we have webinars walking everyone through the process.

Hey Daniel, I went ahead and purchased the product. Very strange, I am seeing scrollbars on your FB page, the same issue I am having with mine. Maybe it's on my end or something I dunno...

There's a bug in FB -- you should set the app (in the app config for the app that controls your FB iframe) to not show scrollbars, and even so they show momentarily and then disappear.

Good to see you chiming in, Daniel,

An email you sent me, which the following is copied from

"..Products such as FBMaxed - Facebook iFrame Course & Templates handsomely combine the rich capabilities of iFrames with the HTML5 framework to produce excellent websites (yes, iFrames is
capable of creating complete websites within your Facebook Page) on anyone's
Facebook Page...Quote from: 11 March 2011, CNBC.com "

-got me curious: I'd like to know if you have any endorsements from news reporters other than yourself? Since the quote is of a press release you wrote, it doesn't really help me make a buying decision any more than your sales page would.

For me, true third party endorsements, if you have any, would be a lot more useful than seeing that CNBC found it economical to let you do their reporting for them. I guess that's win/win for you and them, but not so much for the reader.

I might buy anyway-the product sounds intriguing, but I really would like to see third party opinions not from the product's creator. Any more buyers have any experience trying it so far?-I only see one actual review in the thread.

Also, does anyone have any tips on how a client of mine with a print shop can use his page to market B2B?

FB Maxed is a great product. iFrame is good move by Facebook.

You can now create an entire website on your own Facebook Page. This means complete web sites with multiple pages, with videos, photo galleries, opt-ins, sales pages, landing pages, links.

I recommend FB Maxed to every person who is making fan pages on Facebook.

Thanks for the one apparently independent review posted so far. I'm seriously considering buying and having a VA build pages for clients-it would be great if she could easily make great looking pages quickly.

Can you elaborate a bit on what's in it-mainly a set of templates, with videos on how to use them? If so, how much flexibility is there in customizing to give your page a unique look-and how easy is it to do that? Also, did the scroll bar a couple people mentioned get taken care of?

More in-depth reviews from buyers would be appreciated.

Customer support ... I have PMed the OP several days ago with an easy pre-sale question but still didn't get an answer. To me it seems as he doesn't care to much about selling it to the individual user....
