Dean Holland's Commission Takeover

I purchased Dean Holland's Commission Takeover a few days after it was launched on Feb 24, 2011. I received a confirmation of my order with a link to the personal training area along with a password and had no problem accessing that area. Mr. Holland's videos are very professional and he comes across as a very honest and sincere person but there are some frustrating technical problems with his training videos.

The three missing videos in Module 2 are still missing. These videos are for Free Reports, Squeeze Pages and Thank You Pages which I believe are critical to the success of a blog or at least that was indicated by Mr. Holland. When I discovered these missing videos I attempted to sign-up for Support. After entering the verification code (or whatever you call it) five times only to have it rejected five times, I gave up.

In Module 3 Traffic Takeover he encouages members to socialize with fellow Commission Takeover members and states there is a link to the members area but there is no such link. Also, the link to the Members Navigation within the training area is dead.

I have stopped at Module 3 of the 6 Modules. I am debating on whether I should be patient and hope Mr. Holland fires his technical help and hires someone who can fix his problems or ask for a refund. What do you all think?

I would keep filling in the verification code until it works, or look for other links that were sent with your purchase and find a way to contact support. They are the only ones that can correct the missing videos, etc.
If you can't find any links, find his blog, his facebook, twitter, or whatever and send him a private message and let him know what the issues are that you are having. Most people who have been online for a while don't want a bad reputation and are happy to fix whatever the issues are.
