Video Hosting sites?

Does any Warriors know where I can find a video hosting site like youtube that allows a video time limit of 30 minutes or more? I can't seem to find anything outside of Megavideo. Unfortunately though, they require users to sign up or are forced to wait 45 minutes to watch more after a certain time frame of like an hour?
