emailace.com autoresponder sucks. Poor support

I have been using email aces and have the following conlussions from my hard experience with them.

Delievery and opt-in value is quite ok.

However, these guys seem not to work like professionals like aweber and getresponse will do to their clients.

I have been battling with the issue of double charges which they do twice every month and
when I complained, they never responded.

At best, after a long while, they sent one sentence mail to me.

Quit recently I have a problem with them as I decided that I will only pay once and not twice.

Next thing I saw was an email that my account is suspended. When I logged into my account, it showed that I should contact support.

I have written support for a week now till this day and no answer.

I was wondering if they are in business...

I have seen threds on complaints about email aces and I have at all time, enocouraged
people to use it as it delivers. But their CS is completely a poor business model.

    I use both 1shoppingcart and emailaces. Emailaces delivers better than 1shoppingcart.

    You may try contacting Gary Ambrose the owner of emailaces. He could hellp you in this issue.

    IMHO no system is perfect. We should adopt ourself to manage the issues. There is no other way.

    For example we all know butterfly marketing script is fantastic software. Many people made good money using this software. But still we could read lots of negative reviews too.

    I second this..very poor service, I actually had a review ready to post here on emailace. From it being so difficult to find rates to very limited functionality.
    I did get a refund without asking when i cancelled.
    I use my own autoresponder now, installed a script and bingo. all done!

    You are NOT being double charged, and never have been ...

    Login, look at your complete billing history, and you'll see why there are sometimes more than one charge in a month ... I'm not going to post anything here in regards to the reasons, other than to say that all billing is 100% correct, and has been since the day you opened your account over two years ago.

    Also, we respond to all support tickets, including the last that was sent in on December 13th, 2008 ... and, the reason for that ticket is in relation to the reason for your confusion on billing dates.

    I don't know what the problem between you has been, so I won't comment on that, but I do remember Gary from back in the old days, and I had a few friends use him back then - none of them ever said any complaint about his services. In my humble opinion someone who has been doing business online for so much time naturally develops a courtesy of a gentleman. So I strongly believe Gary would never be screwing with anyone (at least not intentionally), especially in the face of such a fierce competition like GR, Aweber, and the like.

    Dmitry, I use emailaces and I never said the autoresponder is bad.

    Gary need to look at the front end of CS.

    I have emailed that company since November and nothing happens.

    To prove a point agian, I have sent a mail to their support again today and will inform you here when they answer and if they don't answer I will still inform you.

    I've been using Email Aces for a long time...Gary has always been responsive to me! Thanks Gary You rock. You can't beat his pricing though! To start out, you can't go wrong. Aweber will cost you atleast 25 bucks to start.

    I personally never used Aces. although if you are having support issues i would recommend aweber(not affiliated) I have always gotten excelent support. also they are very proactive i have recived emails and calls from their support staff asking if i have any problems. as for molebrain's comment it does cost although it is only 20/month for the first 500 addresses.

      Yes we use Aweber also, it just feels so much safer and they have tons more features. Ihave nothing against email aces mind you, there's just little features we like in aweber.
