Anyone here used Veretekk or know anything about them?

Can you recommend them or do you think they're a waste of money?

The only way you should get any e-mail at all is if you sign up for something free from veretekk (or anywhere else for that matter) and enter your email in the lead capture page. Veremail won't let a member send spam, it's not set up that way. And the only email you should get is from the owner of the traffic portal where you signed up for something free. No different than joining someone's list, you get lots of mail, but you know that going in....

I use my portals strictly for seo... 43 portals linked together X 3 links to my site per portal + rss feed in each portal (also with 1 link to my site per post) x
50-200 manual submissions by me per day = 530,000 backlinks in less than a month.

        Unfortunately, this isn't a misconception ...

I know everything I sign up for, and I've received so many spam emails from Veretekk that it's not even funny ... and I don't use the word spam lightly at all.

As someone who currently runs an autoresponder service, as well as several list-building services, and has been involved in email marketing for almost 15 years now ... it's rare for me to call anything spam unless it fits the bill perfectly.

In the case of Veretekk, it couldn't be more warranted ...

Also, there is no legitimate way to turn "spam emails into paying customers" ... and if you're talking about replying to legitimate optin advertisements sent to you as a result of a list you signed up for, that's spam, plain and simple.

When you signup for something, it does not give you permission to add the sender to any type of list, but that's exactly what it appears Veretekk does in many cases ...

I've also requested that I be added to their supression list numerous times, only to find the same email address re-added to their system somehow ...

It's pretty obvious from the posts here that this is some type of MLM system, and the fact that the founder comes in talking about their "comp plan" only makes me think so even more ...

Their home page shows a banner for something called the "BlastOMatic Ad Submit". There isn't a legitimate optin mailer alive who'd be caught dead using that kind of language on their home page ...

Anyway, that's my opinion ... i'm sure their reps will come in and blast me for it, and no, I don't have any agenda in posting this.

I'm just another person tired of being spammed by them constantly, no matter what I do, and no matter how many times I've requested to be on their supression lists ...

And no, I didn't "forget" signing up anywhere. I've been around this field since before the WF was around ... and I work in the email marketing space. I know what I'm doing online.

I can highly recommend Veretekk. I have been a member for several years and it never ceases to seriously amaze me.

I actually found out about it right here in the Warrior Forum! My former sponsor would always get involved in threads about 'leads' - where my comment then and now is 'buying leads is like throwing money down a black hole', his was 'NEVER BUY LEADS AGAIN'.

Veretekk is literally the only "advertising" that I pay for. I pay for the Gold system which is only $41 a month and is an absolute steal, in part because of the multiple resources that are provided with membership.

I have not in the recent past done much in the way of promoting my web sites or affiliate programs, due to other commitments. However, EVEN WITHOUT TRYING I get leads every single week from the various profit and marketing portals.

Veretekk is an innovator in every respect and the best thing about it is the active involvement by the principles - they are actually available, live and in person most of the time, by several mediums; the 'cherry on the dessert' is the weekly web conference meetings that like no other company lends itself to the 'Team' concept.

I can barely wait for April 1 when they roll out the "Web2.0" version of their affiliate page which is another innovation in itself. Never seen a page like it anywhere. I am actually getting excited enough to launch my own initiative with regard to become actively involved in internet marketing again.

Veretekk adds value on an ongoing basis and are at this same juncture enhancing the compensation plan and several other elements as part of the 'new face of the premier internet marketing tool suite'.

I won't mention everything now for one reason because I am sure whatever I say today will not be inclusive of all the bells and whistles that Tom and Mike will dream up by the new launch!

I am a Veretrainer and have my schedule for my FREE live training posted in this forum if you would like to join me. This will give you access to the other web conference trainings offered around the global clock at Veretekk.

    • I am the CEO of Veretekk so for me to come in here and tell you how great Veretekk is well, I am not going to do it.

I will tell you we have been in business for over 10 years and we reinvest everything back into making Veretekk better.

I am one of the trainers in Veretekk and I am easy to get hold of if you have an issue or a question no one seems to be able to answer.

We do have a lot of upgrades and a better comp plan coming near the beginning of 2010.

Other than that ask around there are many in this forum using Veretekk.

      • Gary,

Veretekk has been around doing email since 1998. The same IP address and mail servers for over 12 years. If we were spamming as you accuse us we wouldn't be around, much less be with the same provider, IP address and colo.

Veretekk is as compliant if not more so than any other system out there. You must double opt in by clicking a link in the resulting email from any form submission. Every email comes with a link for removal of the entire system or just a particular subscriber of the Veretekk system.

Unlike any of the other autoresponder systems out there we give our subscribers a POP account so they can receive the incoming email right into their software of choice like Outlook or Eudora. When somebody sends you email and you reply it is not spam. If it were then just about every ISP would be in violation for using autoresponders when you send them an email.

You can also call me direct for any reason but especially if you are removing your email address from our system but keep getting emailed. If that were how we conducted business we wouldn't be in business for over 12 years. You and I both know that if you are violating anti spam policies you not only get black listed by Spamcop, SORBS, MAPS, etc. the bandwidth provider and your colo will unplug you and shut you down.

Then you make a comment that we are some type of MLM Company. We are an MLM company. Have been for over 5 years, paying legitimate commissions on time every time since we launched the affiliate program.

Your post is filled with emotion Gary like the comment about "Blastomatic Ad Submit".

And when you say this is your opinion, you over look several facts. You are not just another person, you are the owner of an autoresponder company that stands to profit from libeling your competitor. You are not stating opinion when you make accusations that Veretekk is spamming you after you have demanded that your email addresses be removed many times with no success. That is not opinion that is an accusation.

Do you have copies of the spam? Do you have a list of the emails Veretekk is spamming?

You can cross check the email addresses by going to Veretekk Corporate Site and use our third party validation search system. We keep records on all email that we send to, time stamp, IP address, web site, name and email for every single email we send to. We have been keeping records since 1998.

Gary I am sure you have the experience that you claim to have and have been around the field a few times. Too bad you didn't just pick up the phone and call me. My number is posted on all our sites and on every email we send in the bottom of the email with all the verification disclosures.

Ask Patrician about Veretekk. She has been with us for many years. We are a lot more than just an autoresponder, as you can determine by reading the posts of the many Veretekk members that have posted here.

A few years back, I had a lead that accused me of sending SPAM emails from my Veretekk system. That was until I contacted Tom Prendergast, the CEO of Veretekk. I asked him if there was a way to check if this lead had filled out a form on one of the traffic portals, and if he had verified his email address.

Sure enough, this person had verified his email address which entered his email into the system. It may have been someone that had access to his email account, but someone clicked on the link that comes in the verification email. This doesn't happen by chance.

The only way I was able to verify this information, and calm this person down, was through Tom, and the information that's in his database records. I have never seen a system, anywhere on the Internet, that takes pride in their NO SPAM email status. You will never find SPAM emails coming from Veretekk.

Oh, by the way, it is easy to remove your email address from their database, all you have to do is click (that's a left mouse click) on the the link at the bottom of the email you receive from the system.
