Myautoblogbusiness people cheated me of $115
On 22-Jan-2011 I paid $96 to myautoblogbusiness: $77 towards initial setup cost and $19 towards first month subscription for getting an autoblog embedded with my adsense, clickbank and amazon ids. These are the payment details of paypal payments made:

On 23-Feb-2011 I paid $19 towards my 2nd month subscription, details of which are below:

After I paid the 2nd month subscription they delivered a shabby autoblog with someone else's adsense, clickbank and amazon Ids.
I opened 5 Tickets in their support to add my adsense, clickbank and amazon Ids to my autoblog. For all these 5 Tickets I got a standard reply that my request is under process and I need not do anything further.
After waiting for quite sometime, I opened Ticket after ticket (total 5 Tickets) asking REFUND of my $115 ($96+$19) and also pay me compensation for causing me so much mental agony. For all these 5 Tickets also I got the same standard reply that my request is under process and I need not do anything further.
Suddenly they changed their support website and one Anthony from support closed all my Tickets with a small reply which reads "You are past Refund period, so no refund".
Is this the way one conducts business?
These people committed:
1. Breach of Trust by not delivering my full product to me
2. Caused so much mental agony to me by not properly responding to so many of my support tickets.
3. Cheated me of $115 by not delivering my full product to me (autoblog with my adsense, clickbank and amazon Ids) and refusing my refund claim.
I have come to this great Forum for help. Will someone tell these people not to deal with customers like this.
Please help me in getting my refund.
