Customer Service is waaayy too important

Little feedback about Ian del Carmen offer Wholesaler membership.Offer looks really good cause for just 37 a month you get a ton of membership sites and a shopping cart and a lifetime hosting package.But all this stuff means also a lot of problems to ask to C.S..Okay they dont even know about their same offer,i asked 3 days ago wich kind of hosting package is included in the offer and they replay that they have to ask to thecnical office and never answer.At the contrar they where yelling me cause i opened 3 new tickets asking for the same thing more or less.Ok you are warned.When a customer service is like that this means you will be leaved in the dark and cold at the time to set up all the situation with superextra work from your part.
More on that i find incredible that you are offering one special and your C.S. doesnt know what are you talking about dont you??Well Mr Mitch Espinioza C.S. representative of Ian del Carmen Support doesnt take the work to go verify and then reply to me.Thay lost my purchase it's obvious but i want you to know what you will find if you purchase it.
HOPE IAN DEL CARMEN WILL READ THAT THREAD!!

    Don't know if I can help with info, but here goes what I know on this. I tried a 7 day trial at:

    ...with a different price, but sounds similar to what you're talking about above.

    A question posted at the help desk even with Christmas in there was replied to within about a day or so, taking Christmas out of there. So not bad there. The reply didn't focus on my questions, though, but it's tough to get tech help from a general support desk, so it is good to have alternative help, I agree with your comments. More days of delays.

    OK, from what I understand of the program, you get nothing regarding the actually membership sites with their content, etc. That all stays with the seller. Hence, you are actually paying for the opportunity to be a reseller and get all their marketing materials that you can download and use.

    So hosting isn't an issue. You'll be hosting your own marketing materials only. They host everything - -the membership, content, each membership site's downloads (ebooks, videos, etc.) forums for the memberships, etc.

    Note that you do get signed up for LOTS of emails with different promos, points, log-ins, etc. along the way, and many, many, many (did I say that enough) places to create yet new log ins, so allow for patience and time to check things out, if that's what you'd like to do.

    The 7-day trial should answer all your questions. It's a Paypal button, so you can cancel if you want easily.

      i respect your opinion but as they didnt know about hosting they will not help me or you in any other issue and to manage a lot of membership sites issue are a soo many.Also they where yelling at me cause i opened more than one ticket so they have to go thru more than one this takes them just hours to do it so to yell they are very fast not the same to help!!
      Then i decide to do not join and one day after i got an email from ian del Carmen who seems to be from him and not an autoresponder and when i answer i got back a very arrogant email from the same Mitch Espinoza like wich is your statement or what do you want anyway!!???
      This results in me unsuscribing also from their mailing list and put them in the long list of Gurus who only wants your money and after that you can be leaved in the dark is not their business.If you sell resellers packages you got to offer support for resellers my friend otherwise stay selling ebooks and nothing more complex.Well this is my opinion then if somebody want's to take the risk to remain with 13 memberships who doesnt bring in one dollar please pase adelante!!
