Imnica Integration - DPD - Help!
I use Imnica (they rock) and I also use DPD (DPD Shopping Cart | The Easy Way to Sell Downloads, Keycodes, and Tangible Goods) to deliver my products after purchase.
For those who aren't familiar with it, DPD is similar to services like DLGuard and DeliverMyFile...
I love both Imnica & DPD but I really need them to work together.
I have contacted both parties about it and they are kinda lazy about it (can't blame them, I know they are busy)...
DPD acts like they are scared to contact Imnica, lol. I even went as far as to find the Imnica API info and send it to DPD but they said it still wasn't enough...
As it is I have to send the buyers to an opt-in after purchase, which is fine for the IM niche, but other niches don't understand why they have to opt-in or have trouble with simple stuff like that...
So can any tech peeps out there help me with this?
Here is the recent email I got from DPD about this:

Jacob: Coby, May-04 15:09 (EDT):Coby,
We do not currently support Imnica. I responded to your previous support ticket - the API information you sent wasn't enough for us to add an integration and we have been unable to find any documentation on their site about how to integrate with their system.
One option would be to use the notification URL feature and hook up a script on your server that would add your customer to the list. We send the buyer's email and name in the notification parameters.
You could also replace your current buy now button with a link to the opt-in form. Once they complete (or skip) the opt-in, send them to the DPD buy now URL which will then allow them to complete the purchase.
And, as you mentioned, the return URL can send your customers to the opt-in form once they start a download.

Their suggestion was to send them to an opt-in form first before purchase... I tried this on a niche site (non-IM) and it absolutely killed the conversions... I admit too, it looks kinda scammy to ask for the opt-in first, but I thought I would test that option...
Any help with this? Maybe suggest how to make a script like they are talking about to integrate them?
Maybe Richelo will drop in and shed some light on this...
Thanks for the help
(p.s. I sent them a somewhat nasty reply letter for being lazy and not updating me on this also)
Kind Regards
Richelo Killian
