Are you asking which you should give away with a product, or which you should buy?

Personally, I like PLR rights. I feel they give the buyer more freedom, as many MRR rights will not allow the buyer to put their name on the product and some won't even let them edit the product.

PLR can be very powerful as you probably already know. However finding high quality PLR that is packed full of useful content can be challenging sometimes. if you are looking a place to buy PLR, I would recommend you Private Label Rights Products including PLR articles, ebook, templates, software and other PLR products I always shop there.

I would take PLR over master resale rights anyday. With PLR you can make your own unique product. Everybody and their brother can get MRR products and the problem with that is it becomes a "gas war" of sorts where the products get devalued so quickly. Take a look at Tradebit and you'll see what I mean. Top quality stuff there being sold for 99 cents because of the low ballers.
