Where to outsource website designer at cheap prices

Hi guys,
I was trying to go on the flipping sites Market, but i was researching for people that create sites on the outsourcing places like odesk i saw that the prices are quite high compared to what many members state (30-40 bucks for site design based on WP).
So i would like to know where is the best place to outsource this kind of work with low budget?

      yeah i know, but what i want is to someone build the site since its too much time consuming. So i was seeking but didnt find anything cheap for a small site, WP sites for selling services nothing big.

    The things is with Odesk is once you post your project with your budget (i.e. $30-40) , people will bid on it. People on there will work for what is peanuts to the rest of us.

    You've got nothing to lose by posting a project. If you dont feel anyone is suitible you dont have to go ahead with the project.

    vworker.com is another source. I have had work done there very cheaply.

    Honestly, though, I think for a WP site, you can just use on of the bajillion templates that are available for free. If you want something nice, I like Elegant Themes, which is $40/year for unlimited use of any of their themes (and they have quite a few very attractive WP themes).

      Well what i need is someone to design the site for the services i will sell, so will need some logos, description pages, etc...

      it not only the theme, it also needs content. npt much but some, enogh to waste too much of my time. so i was wondering to get it done cheap for selling afterwards in Flippa, but seeing people charging 100´s to not say 1000´s of dollars the flippa strat will go down

    Lots of great folks on vWorker, ODesk, and onlinejobs.ph.

    While I rarely outsource design work because we do it in house... I will say this:
    You get what you pay for. $30-40 is a lot of $$$ to many people, yes.

    I would rather spend 10 times that amount (which is still very cheap by many standards) and get the design, coding, content, etc done by top of the line folks who work for higher than others. They do that for a reason... they are good. It's not always that cut and dried, but having done it over 100 times, that is what works for me.

    You can get some highly qualified individuals from vWorker.com, and the prices are usually very reasonable. You can just state your maximum price that you are willing to pay out, and then you will get only the people who are willing to work within your budget.

    I would use wix.com instead of outsourcing. They make it simple to design your own website and it will look like a professional did it. The tutorials are easy to learn. Just my 2 cents.
