Hi Warriors,

I am planning to buy Market samurai. I found it to be very useful tool to rank websites higher for certain keywords. I am planning to start e-commerce store and affiliate review websites.

Do you think market samurai is good for these sites? I WANT to rank on top 3 for the keywords related to my website and niche.

Please give me some review and suggest a better tool if available.

Did market samurai help any one of you to rank in top 3 for the keywords you designed your website for?

Thanks in advance.

I use Market Samurai all the time and it has definitely helped me rank my sites in the top 3. It is probably one of the few tools that gives you enough detail to plan specifically for a top 3 spot. For some that detail is overkill and so many look towards tools that give them a more "go/no-go" type status.

Be careful of some of the tools as they don't use the actuall true competition of the top ten sites but a simpler "calculation" based on other factors like phrase match search volumes and allintitle/allinanchor etc. These measures of competition are becoming much less accurate as the niches get swamped.

Market Samurai will help you analyze the competition, but you'll still need to build links yourself and understand what SEO is all about.

    1. Find the right keyword.
    2. Rank for the keyword by building backlinks.

Is the Market Samurai best in terms of price / quality?

Considering that many tools (not all but many) are now monthly payments, I still say MS is the best value. It does a LOT and will take some time to get to grips with but the Noble Samurai guys have excellent video training specifically for this.

Hey I have been using market samurai for my amazon review websites for a year now. I have to say that the results I get from Market Samurai research are excellent! My websites consistently rank within top 1-3 on the first page.

It is a great tool and I highly recommend it!

I have been using Market Samurai since the last few months and I find it a great tool to locate profitable niches. I also have Micro Niche Finder but I use Market Samurai more nowadays. Regarding your second question, yest MS is a great tool to locate profitable buyer keywords for review sites as well as physical products.

    Regard,

Oh hell yea...Their team is definitely dedicated in their tool as per what happened. Google updated their servers and many tools were left in the dark. The only ones that survived were probably charging a monthly fee.

MS did not charge any other fees and they still managed to find a workaround to get their tool working with google again. So two thumbs up for them. Definitely great value for money.

All of the major keyword tools are starting to get less and less accurate due to google figuring out ways to stop all the automated data searches.

MS, MNF, Keyword Elite, Niche Finder are all starting use Majestic for links and based on my research don't show accurate current links. Of course nothing shows any where near accurate links but for me, Majestic is really bad when you go deep.

Just keep in mind that all of these tools are good for picking one term over another but don't expect any numbers to be exact in nature.

They still save a lot of time but try and do some manual checking too. Always go check the top 10 out to see exactly what it might take to beat them.

Market Samurai really is a perfect tool for you to understand the market and the keyword that you want to target.

I purchased 3 of the most talked keyword tools; Market Samurai, Keyword Elite 2.0 and also Micro Niche finder. When you combined the three, they will be so powerful.

Let you know every hidden details, how to bet the first rankings website, and how to do to be number one in each keyword.

    good Luck every Warrior

One tip that I would like to share. For keywords, look on the number of searches other than the competition.

MS is most commonly recommended, but lately I have found it very clunky and buggy. I often use the free version of Traffic Travis and I really like it. They have just come out with TT4 and I kinda regret being too cheap to buy it. It sounds really effective. Has anyone tried both and want to give a quick review?

I have both Market Samurai and Traffic Travis 4 Pro.

They've just got TT4 stable so that its not throwing up error messages all the time, but its still not "fully" functional. It just doesn't work sometimes or does things that are inexplicable. I've bought it and am willing to stick with it.

Market Samurai is gold, if you find that clunky and buggy, good luck with Traffic Travis 4.

I also like Brad Callen's Niche Finder which I use a bit. Its very narrowly focused.

More often than not, the Google Keyword Tool and some specific searching on Google are my tools of choice.

I love MS, I've taken the time to fully understand what it is telling my by dissecting the program and spending a lil' quality time with it.

Coupled with SEO knowledge and building backlinks etc it works great for it's purpose. Especially being a one-time fee tool compared to the recurring cost tools make it even sweeter...

Try the trial like others have said and see for yourself.

I like MS but when I am doing keyword research it regularly crashes when I am looking at "Competition". Hopefully they will fix that.

    Hi

I thought I will give you a brief write up about what I liked about Market Samurai and what I didn't like.

    What I like
You can instantly get an idea of the strength of the competition for a keyword phrase. This will help you easily eliminate projects that will be very hard work.
Rank tracker will allow you to track the rank of your website for many keywords all at once. They even put it up in a graph so you can have a good visual of your progress.
Keyword research will allow you to see not only how many searches a keyword gets, but it also gives you an estimate of how many clicks you will get when you get to the #1 position at Google. It will allow you to analyze a lot of keywords in one place unlike any other tool.

    What I didn't like
Their backlink check analysis can be misleading. If a site has a huge number of backlinks, you might not get a complete analysis when you run the PR analysis. If the site has a lot of low quality backlinks generated recently, you will probably think that these backlinks will be easy to beat but the fact could be that the site might have much more powerful backlinks that do not show in the PR analysis.
A little buggy every now and then but a re run or an update usually fixes the problem pretty quickly.

MS has been my choice for a long time, but they've been through some tough times lately and their results are not very accurate. It's distressing to say the least.
