Anybody here outsource any of their IPK sites?

I'm using Network Blazer to build my sites, but I'm running out of time to get them finished myself, so want to outsource the rest of the work. I'm trying to find someone to outsource the work to who is familiar with the IPK OPSEO system and Network Blazer. Anyone done this themselves? Any Suggestions?

So...what exactly is a QuanSite?

Hi Sean,

I did this last year, hired a team of 6 from the Phillipines to implement, using IPK materials as training, and put up 95 sites, all handmade.

After training, they were able to do a site in 2.5 hrs, @ $2.50/hr. With domain, each site ran me around $15.

Basically just broke even in the last 12 months between domains, training, etc. Also created training to outsource finding products and domains, to give to english speaking VAs on elance, but couldn't find anyone to do it correctly!!

So I wound up doing the research during the day, finding products and domains, to feed the workers to build the sites. It was grueling, I must say.

Switched to site promotion in Dec. to get them ranked.

All in all, alot of work, little reward.

This was MY experience, some may have had different results, but spend about $2,000 on the project, and have earned that back in Amazon commissions, so it was a wash.

Hope you have better results.

Take care,
Howard

I found better result were obtained by supplementing the IPK-style sites with careful keyword research to produce additional pages that can rank. The higher competition for many of the popular products can make it difficult to rank the main pages.

However, supplementary pages are easier to rank. By then providing backlinks, they can also be pushed higher up the SERPs.

The real delay is with backlinking. I haven't outsourced these but this is a bottleneck where outsourcing would certainly be of benefit.

The reason I didn't outsource was because I expanded the IPK concept to suit my requirements. I gave greater priority to building opt-in pages on these sites and then use PPC to send cheap traffic to the opt-in pages. The advantage being it is not only faster but also I can follow-up with messages to get visitors to go to the merchant's sales page.

Once I have them on a list, I can also send pre-sell messages about other products throughout the year, making better use of those original visitors. This I find to be a more profitable approach than the pure IPK system.

Incidentally, IPK updated some of their material on 14th Oct 09. Those who've purchased the product should return to the members area and download the latest version of their PDFs.

The IPK site is continuing to release new information to update their recommendations in the lead up to Christmas. The latest additional PDF (Nov 2) comments on domain names and compares their relative importance to other SEO issues. It also describes in detail how to get relevant SHORT links for Amazon products.

Those who have this product are advised to get these latest comments (downloads) to make their page building easier.
