My experience with EdwinSoft's makers of Article, Bookmarking, Blogcommenting Demon

I have finally decided to purchase some automated software to help in ranking mine and my clients sites. I have been doing a lot of research here and other places to find software to spend my money on.

Before I purchase, I always email, PM, or submit a support ticket to the company selling the software to ask questions and to see how their pre-sale support is. Well sadly most of the companies, people that I emailed, PM'ed and submitted a support ticket didn't even respond to me so I discarded their products.

So far, the only company that has responded very quickly and thoroughly is Edwinsoft.com, the folks who sell Article Demon, Bookmarking Demon, etc.
Over the past several days I have submitted 6 support tickets and they have responded very quickly even though there is a huge time difference.

Originally I was going to purchase Article, bookmarking, and blog commenting demon but I ended up purchasing Article and Blog comment demon. They sent me a note stating that blog comment demon is a white had only software and that you can't spam with it, so I thought that was nice making sure I knew what I was buying.

I got a bundle deal and just downloaded everything looking forward to firing up the new software I bought.

I wrote this because I'm impressed with this company and maybe someone is looking for software like I was and this may help. Nope, I'm not going to place any links here because I hate it when someone recommends a company or product and their recommendation is clouded by affiliate links.

Update: I fired up Blog Comment Demon and it is fantastic. I love it very clean interface and easy to use and great.

    I have to agree. I had a minor problem with Bookmarking Demon a few weeks ago, contacted the support for some help. The response to my tickets was very fast; almost like being on an instant chat.

    A great example for customer support in a market that can often struggle to hold many good examples.

    My experience with edwinsoft support is terrible, they broke the programs and go to sleep while having 100's of tickets open.

    1 year ago i would have recommended their products but lately was been every week with a major fail

    Culminating with October 2 license key mess when program (BMD) stopped working (even it was run from the same and single computer for 1.5 years) and support of course is sleeping. You would expect them to have somebody looking to fix problems in the first 48 hours after a major fail change.

    You have the feeling that an 14y old programmer is doing their coding and even the most basic things can't be implemented without causing major breakdowns for the programs.

    I use to use Bookmarking Demon all the time I just find it's not as effective as it once was.

    It has a low success rate and the sites it posts to are... well... So so to say the least.

      I find BMD is still a great tool.
      THe tool is not really the problem, it's that Bookmarking sites in general have done two things.

      1) They continually alter sign up and BM submit procedures and...
      2) Bookmarking in general is no where near as important SEO wise at it was say 3 years ago,

      I look for about 65% success with BMD, and still get it.
      I micro manage sign ups, root out those sites that fail (a recent update has a decent "health" rating for sites that lets you see which ones are failing)

      I have loaded arounf 250 email addresses and only set up accounts on the top 20+ sites - with some failure I have about 2000 site/account combinations.

      So when a client has 200 URL's to get booked, I can safely have 4 or 5 goes at each URL and have a pretty high certainty that a couple are going to hit.

      Is this linking?

      No.

      It's just "power indexing" in other words, indexing with authority.
      As LSI gets more important, BMD still has a role to play in regards to indexing content and links.

      The one thing Panda did for my sites was make those with a lot more 100% (real 100% not "passed copyscape 100%") rise in Google regardless of linking structure.

      Sure linking is still one of the main axioms of rank, but as Google weeds out more and more "games" links, and people try that much harder to game links in ever more complex ways, Google has done the sensible thing and said" Ok then, we can play this game forever - or we can take a bit of authority away from links and give it to LSI in regards to 100% unbiue, relavent, on topic content on a site"

      And that seems to be what is happening.

      For getting this content found and indexed quick, essp if you are adding 20-30 posts a day to many sites (I use speech to text and rarely produce less than 10,000 unique words a day - between 20 and 30 posts or pages)
      For this BMD is essential. I need to get todays work indexed, cause tomorrows work is going to be written soon.

        I don't have any experience with their blog comment or article bots but I've been using BMD for several years and I still have plenty of accounts that were created that long ago that are still active.

        I've never really had any problems with it and whenever I have their support has been on top of things quickly.
