Market Samurai, which columns do I pay attention to?

So I was thinking about trying out the weight loss niche, and have been doing some KW research with MS. After watching several contradicting videos, I am very confused at which column to pay attention to, how high a competition is to high for someone just starting out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Competition numbers isn't the best way to determine your competition. The competition on the first page in the SERPs is what matters more, not the amount of competing sites. Use the Seo Competition module to get a better view of the competition (backlinks to the PAGE especially). JMO but that's a REALLY tough market to get into.
