the Mailchimp hypocrisy

That's incredible.

I used their free account for awhile, the switched to paid account.

As soon as the charged my card they suspended my account because I was violating their rules... They just LISTED (copy&paste) all the black business telling me that there was something wrong with my list (double-optin) or my industry (free course on how to be an affiliate).

Nothing to sell, no affiliate marketing, no affiliate offers from third parties, nothing...

They just say that "there's something wrong" without telling me "what is wrong".

May be they just read the word CLICKBANK from my address or subject
line and decided that I was an affiliate marketer.

Moved to iContact and cancelled ALL THE ACCOUNTS I have with them.

TIP: stay away from mailchimp.com, they attitude and support sucks

Oh... 1 more thing... they DO affiliate marketing and they FORCE you to put a referral link on every message you send out with free accounts.

So, how can a business doing affiliate marketing actively, prohibits its user to do affiliate marketing themselves? How can I distribute their link to my list if affiliate marketing is forbidden?

Does it make any sense, dear fellow Warriors?
