looking for lead generation software

Hi fellow warriors

I wonder if you can help me...I am looking for lead generation software that can help me find real estate leads in particular, mainly listings . I am particularly interested in identifying people who are listing their property without an estate agents help.

That would be the first part...furthermore , this would target UK leads and I would like to get some form of PLR in order to brand the product...

Any suggestions?

    No. If there were one, it would be a cash machine. But there are lead lists u can buy. Also i think we already know each other

    Check out "Instant Lead Magnet dot com" This is a pretty good piece of software and can find you leads on almost anything. It's every bit as good as lead evolution but Much Much Cheaper. It also does automatic updates

    Just to clarify on Lead Evolution, it's not the same as Instant Lead Magnet (to clarify what was implied above).

    Sure, both are lead generation tools, but some differences are Lead Evolution 2 allows you to search multiple lead sources including social media sites and custom lead sources (you can search the entire net), allows you to e-mail all the leads at once and give each lead a unique e-mail using a fancy spin feature (and advanced mailing technology that we developed from the ground up ensuring that the majority if not all of the leads get mailed to the actual inbox -- normally on some of those lead sources, without that, you'd be lucky if 3 out of 100 e-mails got through), allows you to search for leads by price point (so you can find leads already looking to spend a certain amount of money), does automatic updates where we've had dozens of updates just in the past year alone (in total well over 60 updates where any feature requested we try to get done within days if it's worthwhile), and a lot more.

    There are other lead software tools that tried to copy the basic look or function of searching, but the harder and perhaps more important features are unique to us (like the mailing -- that's why we have testimonials from people who've never made much money before online doing thousands of dollars within days on it -- you can't get that without the mailing feature being done well in most cases).

    Just wanted to clear that up a bit.

      Lead Evolution does sound great, but at the rediculous price tag that is attached to it (in a tough economy, I might add) it is going to be out of reach for most people on a budget. I will be sure to checkout instant lead magnet right now!
