Can you define cheap in this topic? Is it that you want the facebook fans at a cheap price?

Coz what I understand is you need cheap fellows. LOL. Well I have understood but you need to rectify the sentence.

You can get several gigs on fiverr.com and if you wanna get yourself then go to twiends dot com.

  I've known people who have paid fiverr gigs to get fans. They are usually not worth the fiver.

I would like to know where to get RELEVANT fans, so that when they join your Facebook page there is a much higher chance of converting them into customers. Whats the use of non targeted fans??

Start by searching for pages that are similar to your niche. Like them and wait for their posts to appear in your news feed. Comment in a productive way (no spam) engaging the interest of other readers. Your page name and logo will be recognized by others interested in your page. You cannot get more targeted unless you do Facebook Ads.

You page name has a lot of influence when it comes to attracting viewers. I just built a page in a popular niche but does not get noticed without adding a "HUH?" factor in the name. You need to be unique in your niche (causing either curiosity or conflict).

I have hundreds of pages on Facebook. See this example here (nothing for sale here folks).

You can buy several FB fans on Fiverr Gigs and on eBay.
I cant really comment on the quality of fans they provide. I don't know the purpose you need the fans for, but nothing can match the real fans you get naturally to your pages.

Why exactly you want cheap followers? To increase the number of likes... O right! well just think for a moment you buy CHEAP fans on CHEAP rates than what benefits you can get from those CHEAPERS who will not give a damn to the news feed of your page actually most of those CHEAP fans will block your feeds on their wall. I am afraid number of your CHEAP fans will may increase but this will not increase the number of your impressions and hence CTR. May be you should try quality fans which you can't buy but can increase slowly through communication in your niche which will increase the impressions and CTR and you will may end up doing some sales.

I doubt the OP is interested in developing a relationship with his fans. Some pages are built to promote relationships and there are pages built to sell something and the appearance of a high number of likes, does influence a potential buyer. I personally shy away from new pages (low fans).

Invest in FB ads and get Targeted fans so you can actually try and make some money.

You might not get as many but at least they are interested in what you want to promote.

Fivver or Odesk, ps: people buy fans as when he sends a REAL potential customer they will see oh 5000 other people like this is MUST be cool! Sheep rules, people follow the pack . .

I would check out Fiverr there are lots of people selling this service over there. But make sure they are directing people in your niche otherwise what is the point? Unless you just want the numbers.

The advice above seems to be pretty much the same.
From a psychological standpoint the higher the like number is the more people will like it when you do get the targeted traffic, and with that many likes they'll subconsciously be more willing to buy the product.

In LinkedIn there are lots of groups where you can exchange likes. It's quite time-consuming but at least you can be sure that these likes are made by live people.
