Please recommend some proofreading/editing services to me

I am currently writing a new ebook for WSO and external sale. My main goal is for the book to be top notch and nothing but the best.

Logically, this would include very understandable and very sensible use of certain words. Since I'm not an English language major I'm not sure I'll be able to do that all by myself.

I have been looking at these services and want to know if there are any other that warriors have used and recommend.

I'm impressed with wordsharp as they responded to my inquiry in under 5 minutes. On a Sunday evening, this is unheard of.

On the other hand, I was reading a job posting by proofreadingpal and they require a bachelor of
English degree to work for them as a proofreader.

What do you think?

Thanks

I found EditFast.com to be fast in response, too...

But I have only personally used Jacqueline Smith in
Warriors For Hire section and can recommend her service:

    Hi,

WordSharp.net has editors with PhDs. That's a lot better than ones with just a bachelor's degree. They are doing my thesis. I just got the first chapters and the great comments from my editor. I can tell they made A LOT of changes. Their comments are helpful too.
