Just got an email today. I hate all these sales pages about made up stories of back room deals gone bad and then the good guy stealing back his idea etc....

The thing is that the sales page doesn't even say what the software does...

New CB guidelines went into effect Aug 1 but vendors have til Aug 31st to make their offers compliant we willl have to wait and see. That is probably why there are a few dozen 1 click wonders hitting your inbox this week.

I thought with clickbank's Updated Promotional Guidelines this would stop :confused:

Well as I far as I know, they've got to put a disclaimer clearly on the video basically stating what you're about to hear is a load of BS (Worded a little better than I did of course

)

But I watched the entire video and I didn't see any disclaimers.

I thought so too, but also didn't figure it would take them long to get around it.

I bought the FB Conspirecy as a WSO from Tim Atkinson (Tim is the marketer behind Click Conspirecy, at least according to the JV Page) and that was good, but just for me based upon the sales letter I probably won't even try this one out.

That's a pretty normal disclaimer. The government (FTC) ain't no joke, anyone with half a brain doesn't wanna mess with them. Nearly any product you buy is going to have this type of disclaimer, legit or not.

That's pretty meaningless and if it's the basis for your buying or not buying the product - well then your not going to be buying anything.

I'd like to see what is really going on with this program, but the search engines are already full of "honest reviews" that just parrot the squeeze page. Spot checking and skimming 13 pages of google, all anybody says is that it is software and that it "really works."

Then there's the video: the product is from "Max Fortune" and Tim Atkinson, but the video says it was "stolen" from "Max Fortune?" Puh-leeze. If this is a meta-joke, it's pretty funny. If it isn't, its very, very screwed up. And if it is a joke, not very many people are going to "get" it.

Dude I don't need to explain myself to you or anyone else. You think I care you don't like this offer- NO you think I care you aren't going to buy- NO

It's simple the IMer's who buy my stuff are always pleased- I've never created a bad product- Just because the sales copy is hypey doesn't mean it's a bad product. I mean it's Clickbank dude- Get past all the smoke and mirrors and it's actually some cool stuff.

The reason why most warriors bash this stuff because your more on the intermediate side of marketing- Your sick of the bull**** and I get it..

But you guys aren't my target audience on this launch.. When I create WSO I create my campaign a certain way that is more up your alley. Different angles for different markets. Thats how it works

I'm sorry if I piss yall off with my I don't give a **** attitude.. but honestly I don't care what yall think as I know that it rocks- I understand this offer is not intended for you Warriors which is why it's on CB and not an WSO. Make sense?

Tim, I enjoyed the video, but then I'm a fan of fun commercials. I know, I'm weird. In fact, I'm watching this invitation to be a 'beta tester' even as I type here.

One thing I have noticed. As fun as the video is to watch, as fun as it must have been for you to make, as entertaining as the story is, I am still clueless about what this cash sucker actually does.

Now, I'm not a bit averse to rivers of gold and all, but...

I used to sell sucking machines myself. I actually saw my trainer pull the 'throw dirt on the carpet as soon as the door opens' trick. Then he'd pull out the $1,000 vacuum cleaner, suck up the dirt he just threw down, and make a sale.

I never tried that trick. Turns out that I'm not a very good vacuum cleaner salesman/er, woman. What's the difference between the guy who threw the dirt on someone's carpet and this video?

At least he showed the folks what they were buying...and why in the world would I want to pay money to be a BETA tester for a piece of software when I have no clue what it does?

I would love an honest review of the software and what it does.

...................oh, dear, I just got to the part where you are threatening the viewer with lawyers who floss their shark teeth. I have to tell you, I am enjoying your video, right up to the life threatening phone call from Max.

.......but what does your software DO, exactly?

I know it's only $37, but...what does it do?

Whats up with all these automobile videos! I think 7 out of the last 10 "1 click millionaire" softwares in the last 2-3 months have had these stupid automobile videos.

My wife actually said when the video started that stop your stupid car videos and watch the baby...

That's a killer looking sales page. Whatever you paid Michael Kim to come up with that it was well worth it. The graphics and layout are exceptional.

  Thanks Mike Kim is my best friend and is great at what he does. We had Matt O'Connor on the copy and tweaked by like 10 CB big guns- so the offer is converting great- We are tweaking the OTO as we speak!

Seems like a lot of "bad blood" here. Why? I'm new to this and have no idea who you are. The link above looks pretty damning? What does this product do? I'm no expert, by any stretch but the sales copy is a little more vague than usual. What does this software do? I would like to have a bit of clarity. I really don't want to buy a product and spend a few hours finding out it wasn't as described....... only to refund.

Tim, you have just described me.

The difference, however, is that I know it and am attempting to FIX it. Please don't get snippy because people like me want to know what your product actually DOES before we invest in it. I, for instance, feel very much like I have been forced to wade through glass barefoot before I could get to honest information and solid products.

As I mentioned above, I actually enjoyed your video. A lot. It showed a fun sense of humor, and kept me enjoying it. What it didn't do, though, is tell me anything at all about your product.

Please; I realize that there are those, like you, who have been doing this for awhile and have money to spend on stuff like this 'just to see.' I don't. I'm a 62 year old unemployed teacher from California. I have to make decisions like; buy this product or eat something besides tuna fish, take that course or fill my gas tank. I'm going into internet marketing for three reasons: there aren't any teaching jobs here, I don't want to be a greeter at WalMart, and I have a history of getting what I go after, whether it be a teaching degree at 55 or even this--building a business that will see me through my "retirement" years in an interesting way.

So, my very dear sir, get off your high horse. I don't think I'm asking too much. I love your video. Keep your video. Just...somewhere IN your video, could you please tell us what your software actually does?

Y'never know...if you did, I might live on tuna fish sandwiches for another two weeks and actually GET it.

Yes the copy is super crazy hypey- but it's suppose to be for entertainment purposely only..but please believe me- the software and product itself is NO JOKE! It's good stuff- If you don't like it you can always get a refund within 60 days

Tim, I agree; your video is great, but then I've already said so, twice. I definitely appreciate the entertainment part.

Trouble is, I can go see a full length feature film complete with popcorn and a diet coke for less, and I can get out of the theater faster, too.

I also 'get' the personality presentation. I didn't, but I do now.

Here's the thing, though...

I don't much like Don Rickles. Don't like the Three Stooges, either, or 'insult' comedy of any sort.

But then what do you expect of a take-no-nonsense high school English teacher, anyway?

Despite the fact that this isn't a "review" per se, still thought I should comment.

Yea sure, Tim can seem like he's an "ass" sometimes, but who cares? I haven't stopped laughing from reading all his responses, they're hilarious. I've never seen a product released by good ole Mr. Atkinson that hasn't been gold.

Keep doin your thing Tim! It seems to be workin pretty damn well :p

I trust Tim. I would buy from him anytime. His products...AWESOME! He's a gem of a guy! Im going to give this a try and will come back with a review. It takes a lot to build a good reputation as Tim has, so he's not stupid to jeopardize that!
