I have a site on heart attack niche. When I search for an affiliate product I can't find such a good product for this niche. Can anyone suggest me a best product for this niche?

If I were you, I wouldn't have created a website UNTIL I know what I can sell there. The only thing which comes to my mind is adsense. Improve your site and write more articles on it. You may include articles on BP, Cholesterol and diet control.

Are you a doctor? A medical scientist of some sort?

    No?

Well then you should not be selling anything about HEART ATTACKS.

Seriously, thats not a "niche", it is a serious medical topic that should only be treated by professionals.

I am not going to sell medicines or equipments. Just I want to promote a popular e-book like "Tips to follow after first heart attack" (just for example)

There are several relevant products on Clickbank which are useful for building a list. Once your list is established, you can also begin promoting appropriate books and even equipment from Amazon. Literally thousands of such products can be easily promoted to this niche.

(I know you weren't asking me but) I think that collectively they have both advantages and disadvantages, and particularly that they're on very high-risk ground when they say anything which can be interpreted as discouraging people from going to qualified doctors and/or delaying taking other appropriate professional healthcare advice. Which they sometimes do.

I also think that it's nowhere near the "99.99%" which you mention and that actually many are very careful, especially these days, to give only health information which has either been approved or edited by qualified doctors.

You *could* address "risk factors" for heart attack - which will
    help PREVENT them.

    1. Stress
    2. Smoking
    3. High Cholesterol
    4. Exercise lack
    5. Diabetes
    6. High Blood Pressure

There are quite a few decent guides on these subjects.

    All success

You shouldn't be offering any affiliate products for the heart attack niche. What are you on dude?

Use Google Adsense. At least you won't get yourself into trouble that way.

If you must sell something, check for products on Amazon to check blood pressure and heart rate. But as for ebooks or whatever to prevent heart attacks? Terrible idea.

I just think it's going to be more of a hassle than it's worth. He'll need to be very careful about how he words things.

        Just my 2 cents, though.

I did come off as a little harsh.

i'd be careful about entering that niche with your own product, you're playing with fire there. someone has a minor heart attack and decides to utilize your info/product, then later has another one and dies...i don't care what kind of disclaimer you have you may find yourself in some very serious trouble.

perhaps you should consider something like this: Weird feeling.... It kinda feels like heart skipped beat or anxiety. help? > Panic Away - How to Stop Panic Attacks and General Anxiety Fast

i suggest that^ because panic attacks are fairly easily treatable and to my knowledge never fatal. on the other hand when someone has or believes they're having a heart attack, the only option any lay person should advise them of is to seek professional help immediately.

i'm all for trying to make money where an opportunity exists, but selling solutions online for such a serious health condition, one that can easily lead to fatalities, is simply too risky.

    just my $0.02.

Well the best niche is some thing related to heart topics like BP, angiography etc. Write some thing on these topics and then float them.

both cool hand luke and CK are correct in their statements. this arena is similar to what is governed by the SEC (security exchnge commission) they own the rights to words like, investments, returns, and in medicine in the states, we cannot say heal, cure, or even treat if you are not licensed. Dr. Joe Prendergast is a Board Certified Practicing Endocrynologist who was awared a lifetime achievement award by the Diabetes Association and the AMA for saving more lives than any physician in history. He gave his 7,000 diabetic patients a plant based formula that the 1998 Nobel Prize in Medicine was awarded for and for 20 years his patients have not had a heart attack, stroke, and under 1% have been to the hospital. remarkable for sure. right now heart-disease is affecting almost 1 in 2 persons in some form. most would not get a on a plane you had a 50/50 chance of getting off of, yet you are on that plane now it seems. you can contact me privately for more info should you wish.
